    The hotel although have a restaurant in place doesn't have a kitchen on the premises and hence cannot serve freshly prepared food and also at night you have to go out of the hotel to have dinner which is not a very good experience during winter nights. If you like to have food in the hotel, they will organise it from outside. The rooms are not value for money when we compare it with other major cities and metropolis according to what they are charging. It seemed that the hotel sells room on hourly basis or for day use only and thereby turn-over the same room number of times in a day. Hence bedsheets, linen and other toiletries are not replaced with new occupants. You have to formally complain regarding dirty linen and only then it will be changed. The only advantage is that the hotel is very close to the beach (although there are no sea-view rooms) and close to Swargadwar. It is also not far away from railway station. The staff will do their best to help but they can't do much due to management policies. Do not recommend.... More

    I had been visit to this hotel in the month of April 2018 it was an official trip. Destination was good as it is famous for temple. Location of the hotel was far the city and was very good. Appearance of the hotel was average from interior and exterior they need some changes. Check in and checkout was done on time. Staff were good and friendly. Service was on time and was very good. Room and toilet was spacious and clean. All amenities were available with working condition so I would rate it as very good. Food was good in quality and quantity.     A very bad experience. Dirty rooms, bathrooms with no added facilities had made staying painful. Breakfast they had served was 3 pcs bread with sprinkles of sugar and little butter. Tea had been served in paper cups. Compared to it's price (Rs 1400 per night) services were poor.... More

    If you want to spoil your holiday prefer this hotel. They are thorough unprofessionals who entertain locals to extract money by making assumptions ( in our case they thought us to be unmarried couple) and thinking that they would be successful. You can expect to meet cheap people, expect late night calls to the room( around 1-2 AM) PLEASE PLEASE DONT STAY IN SUCH HOTEL JUST BY SEEING THE OUTSIDE BEAUTY.... neither it’s rooms are good nor are the people....     I have stayed with my family in this hotel for 2 nights,they have charged Rs. 2500/-per night for AC rooms.But the experience was horrible.The entire hotel has only one stuff for assistance and restaurant has only one boy to serve foods.The service was pathetic.The rooms are not value for money, ACs are not working properly,too much cosy.You cannot expect a small CFL lamp in a room which costs Rs.2500/- per night.No arrangement of hot water in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is near Puri Police Station,just few minutes walk from the beach,but around 800 mt away from the famous "Swargodwar".... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
