    This hotel has a very disgusting entrance with open gutters and wastes. It has no parking as well. The room, although large, badly needs a renovation. The worn out bedsheets and towels along with the bathroom and toilet which seem to have never been scrubbed clean...all make it a no-no hotel to stay at.... More

    Pathetic Hotel and even worse their staff.

    So we check-in at this hotel on 1 December for a night as for our rest of the stay we already have park Exotica booked(destination wedding). The staff and specially the guy at the reception(mind it there are a bunch of guys around the reception desk, 24/7 ogling at all the people checking in inspire of them not working there.) - The rooms are smelly and linens have been worn out. - They don't provide you cutlery and force you to order some food if you want a plate or even a spoon. - They call you early in the morning at 7 asking you to check out as they have new guest. - No hotel etiquettes or manner or even simple politeness speaking to women. - Bathroom is like a public toilet. - The person sitting at the reception who thinks he is the hotel Incharge will tell you that he has 6 years of hotel experience and you will like to slapsht out of his face. My advice, Stay away from this experience.... More

    The location: not that good and very noisy because of people who stay there and surroundings. The rooms: very dirty sheets and bathroom. You see cockroaches and other things in bed and floor. Reception: We tried to book a tour at the reception but got scammed so i would suggest you look yourself for a tourplan and arrange it yourself. Rhe guys in the restaurant and who help with everything around are very nice and helpful and deserve some credit for it.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
