    I called the front desk to report the air conditioning not working, I called several times, and they kept telling me, someone was on the way to fix the damn ac, but no one show up, next morning I when to the front and complaint about air conditioning not working and they finally switched us to another room, but it took them 2 days to finally get to us, they really dont care for their customers, I will defenely NOT come back to the hotel...     We had not so big expectation from this hotel. It was my birthday and we choose it because it had a window (a lot of colonial building are not having a proper window) and because it seems to be modern enough. It was like we expected to be, ever worst because: at the reception they were not speaking English, we spoke some Englispanish to them; the junior suite room was not projected to be comfortable, a lot of doors, a ventilator for wc that continued to work all night long, no ventilation for the shower (they have separate rooms for wc and shower); the cleaning in the room was so well made and at 9 in the morning they stress us with making the room -limpieza, but they provide water and toiletries every day ; the breakfast was rich but not so well organised: a queue for entering, a queue for having an omlette, and eventually a queue for taking the food. I suppose you need to go early for having space and eat relaxed the breakfast. After all our experience was average and maybe they did their best (they were nice to let a slice of a cake for my birthday).... More

    I stayed for 7 days in this hotel. Room is acceptable for space but there is no wall between room and toilet/bathroom. They have very bad internet connection which is lost the connection at least 2 times per night. Also employees doesnt care about your comments. I told them twice i dont want anyone in my room but they still get inside in my room when I'm outside. Even when i use the label that typing "do not disturb" they took it on my door. ... More

    Check in took 25min. Price from Booking.com was not granted at first. Rooms very small, hygiene medium at best. Lamp on night stand gets piping hot - beware. Breakfast typical low standard Mexican. Location central.... More

    The room for the price is a great option. Although not in the heart of the historic district you are across from the city park and a 10 minute walk to the main sites. One concern I would raise is the walls are pretty thin. There were a group of traveling students on my floor who kept going late into the night. The front desk tried to deal with them but their voices carried through the halls. Assuming that's an exception, and you'd be unlucky to have a similar group on your floor, I'm not sure it would be a train not to stay here.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
