    This is the worst resort in that area I have ever visited, Rooms are almost a dharmshala quality, services are no upto the mark, food quality is average, amenities are over hyped, swimming pool was not clean, I don't know if they ever clean it,. not at all worth this much money. You can contact me and I will let you know that you should never visit this place. Only horse riding is the thing thats good and not available in any resort in that area.... More

    It's best fir birding. Contact none other but Kasam bhai and his sons Ramzan bhai & Saddam on 09723399955, 09662094027. By far they are the most expert. Both are trained govt recognised birding guides. Their father is authority on this and has also worked with the famous Salim Ali in his bithoor days. Their business is saved on Google map as Nal Sarovar Kasam Birding.... More

    HORRIBLE - PATHETIC - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

    Staff was non cooperative. They dont have the courtesy to ask for water. In any of the rooms, none of TV was working. No HOT water for shower. They just take 100% Advance before room check-in and then forgot everything. Staff i.e. Mr. Vinodbhai at reception is a devil. No manners at all. Have never ever seen such a person who doesn't even know how to talk with guests. Totally Pathetic. Request all - please do not GO to this place.......... More

    Pathetic property with terrible staff, a rare mix

    I visited this property in August 2015, with my family. Rooms were poorly managed with whole lot of insects inside, I had to change room after check in. Swimming pool which can be treated as an attraction point was poorly managed. It was not usable for swimming and when I asked the reason for that, they told we clean it once a week when there is crowd. Thakkerbhai with whom I booked the hotel is disgusting guy, I have ever seen in hospitality industry. There is one thing where we might not complaint was food, which is acceptable.... More

Overview

Nalsafari is positioned at a distance of 20 km from the Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary. It offers delectable foods at in-house restaurant. The club house has 50 rooms are spacious and well maintained with modern amenities. All the rooms are equipped with an attached bathroom, wardrobe and television set for guests entertainment. This property in Ahmedabad offers modern amenities like swimming pool, horse ridding, boating, vast landscape, health club, riffle shooting and archery. It also has banquet facility with audio visual equipment. There is an ample space for parking within the premises.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
