Wonderful old residence
on Dec 26, 2017
This 18th century building was once the Prime Minister's residence, and we loved its faded elegance, Our large room was off a small private courtyard and had a huge bathroom. The breakfast room was simply gorgeous and there was plenty of choice, with omelettes, scrambled eggs or pancakes cooked on request. Extremely helpful staff too.
Nostalgia of a Bygone Era

I recently had an opportunity to spend a day at this beautiful property which was once the erstwhile Prime Minister of Jaipur's residence & has since been converted into a heritage hotel.
A special thanks to Ambika for being a very welcoming host !!
Wonderful place to stay
on Dec 4, 2017
This is a historical property. The rooms carry the charm and opulence of a grandiose era. The house has certainly seen better days, and it will benefit from some freshening up. Nevertheless, it is a certainly a great place to stay, which should be your top consideration. It has two pools, an adjacent restaurant with live music, and a disco club. The staff is helpful and courteous. Office manager Ambica was a pleasure to work with,, providing all kinds of local information and tips.
Over-priced and poorly maintained
on Dec 3, 2017
It’s such a shame that what was certainly once a beautiful traditional residence has fallen into such disrepair. It’s now a poorly maintained guest-house with a handful of completely untrained staff.
The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, haven’t been decorated for years and the few facilities on offer were in an atrocious state. Very old bedding, dodgy plumbing and lethal wiring.
We had to check out the night before leaving as no-one is available on reception as early as 8:00am!
Very nice hotel

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. Our children enjoyed both the pools and the play area. The staff is very kind and helped us find a doctor when we needed one. Please consider this is an antique heritage house and that the charms comes with quirks.
