    The access to the hotel is pretty close to being an acrobatic driver since the road is quite narrow and we find quite a number of vehicles parked anywhere plus planty of roaming animals. Once inside, you are in good environs. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The supply of hot water in the bath room is restricted to 0600 hrs to 1000 hrs but if you need it, the same will be provided in buckets. The attached restaurant is tiny and options of food are limited. But whatever is served is good enough. The staff there right from top to bottom are quite friendly and helpful. The prices are great since they offer rooms at much lower prices than at Charing Cross but with the same facilities. The wifi is an indeterminate thing. You get excellent signals at the most inconceivable locations.... More

    The hotel is right at the centre of ooty town. It has two types of rooms on offer, in two separate wings. The one called "heritage" is priced higher and offers better laid out rooms. However, I found that the suites on offer in the other complex (forgot the name) are also very well laid out and spacious. The rooms in heritage building have either a double bed or a double bed and an additional sofa-cum-bed that can accommodate two more. The suites in the other complex feature a double bed and a single bed. I could not have a look at suites on offer I'm the "heritage" building. Though we did not dine at the hotel's restaurant, the food received against room service request was good. In any case, there are a lot of options around the hotel at walkable distances. The parking space available at the hotel is also ample, considering its central location. Overall, the place is good value for money.... More

    A bit old room and need to be maintain better. The restaurant is good but doesn’t have quick service. We had to wait for long. No complimentary bf. Kind of congested parking most of the time.     Dirty rooms, Insolent Hotel Manager and Very Bad Service

    Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stayed here with family for 2 days. The Hotel Manager and the General Manager were very rude, demanded money in full in cash without receipt. They also demanded money in full in cash for the local sightseeing (Rs 2000) even before the start of the trip without receipt and refused payment by card. The TV could not be repaired even after multiple calls for more than 36 hours - we stayed here for 2 days. Each time we would call them to check about the TV issue, they would send a boy to the room who would be in the room for 15 minutes, but couldn't sort out the issue causing disturbance to the family. The bathroom didn't have an Exhaust Fan. Hot Water is strictly available only in the morning from 6am to 10am with no facility even for a Heating Rod to heat the water (if need be) for Elders in the family in the evening/night. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.... More

    I had booked 2 'best' rooms at this hotel, each for about Rs.5000/-. The rooms were as follows: 1. No fans. 2. Tap was dripping thereby making the whole area around the basin wet.(photo enclosed) 3. No breakfast with the tariff. 4. No exhaust fans in the toilet. 5. One extra bed for a child was charged Rs.550/- which is unreasonable. 6. Rooms were old type, like a dungeon. 7. Tea and coffee maker neither had bottles of water nor the sachets (photo enclosed) Please visit this hotel at your own discretion. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
