    Nagoa grad is really a great place for your trip where you can stay as much you want. The entire experience was truly amazing. Right from the time of check in and the entire stay, the staff made sure that it was truly comfortable. The property is very beautiful and one feels that you are staying in a royal palace. The Staff is constantly on their toes with a perpetual smile and come across as truly desiring to make your stay very comfortable. Room was very comfortable with a balcony and all facilities that made my stay a memorable one. Room cleaning is up to mark everyday. I did not find anything to suggest them since everything is great and well maintained! It has free Wi-Fi with good internet speed in your room / hotel. We booked it from club jiva with the help of Sachin Saini who helped us for booking of hotel smoothly and less efforts. Good staff member to help out club jiva members all time. Lastly - Must Visit resort any time!!!!... More

    excellent stay an extra comfort

    we in a group of 14 persons checked in this hotel four days back and we were thinking that we will feel boredom, but the entire staff at the hotel, i.e. front office, restaurant and the room service are very good and today we are to chekout but we are feeling that we should stay one day more. There is one smart boy at the front office, and his name is Akash who is really really very cooperative. At the time of checkin he feels to be little harsh, but after one day he came out to be very affectionate. Other front office staff line Pia and above all, Inacio Fernandes who organises the show were good. The tour was planned by Mr Nitish of M/s Five Star Travel and money, chandigarh and further coordinated by Mr Vivek from Delhi. The tour and stay was excellent.     The worst Hotel of Goa

    A family plans a leisure trip to relax but we had a bad time staying Nagoa Grande from day one till we left the Hotel on 31st Oct 17 It was started with the lift which was not working properly, It was difficult to take family to such kind of experience... So called Superior Rooms which they charge 6k per day, does not have a smart key card... I was provided with the physical key which sometime does not get locked when you went out then it became very risky to keep any cash in the room since the safety lockers are in bad shape that it was also not working... We had repeatedly requested the staff to accommodate me to some other room since I was with my family but my request was diplomatically with no response !! I had bad holiday because of Nagoa Grande !! My family has insisted me even if we get free offer on Nagoa Property then also do not opt for it I would not recommend the travellers to have a stay because of worst services and it is also far away from the market place...     We stayed for 2 nights in property. Staff was good and welcoming gesture. In room dining was good and on time. Breakfast was good with proper options of different dishes. Staff members of hotel was also supportive. property is spacious with proper swimming pool. One thing property can improve about in house games for enjoyment. since this is a resort property, they can arrange something to engage guests.... More

Overview

Centrally located, this exquisite property is located about 3 km from the famous Baga Beach. One can enjoy the view of the pool from any of the 65 guestrooms maintained with contemporary decor and hi-end amenities. Dining outlets include: Baywatch Buffet Restaurant serves mouthwatering cuisines. A fully equipped spa is available for rejuvenation, but at an extra charge.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
