Freshness of the Fern

The Fern fleet of hotels are very comforting and provide one of the best services to a matured traveler. I stayed at The Fern Residency Miramar Hotel & Spa for 3N with my family. The hotel Manager Mr Girish was very welcoming and was always helpful; not that I troubled him. The room interior was very warm and cozy; nothing could beat the view from my room. The food quality & service was at par.
Pros: Rooms, Interiors of the property, Staff, F&B
Cons: Road to the Hotel, Swimming pool away from the hotel
I would highly recommend this property for people staying in North Goa

Loved the speedy service of Express check in and check out. Spa was great . Try to get the club room it has a beautiful view. I will definitely recommend and come again with family. Breakfast is plain and basic juices to keep you hyderated. Taxi available 24*7

Now days it so difficult to experience budget hospitality in goa. Fern Miramar did an excellent job in giving a true goan experience. Fish curry rice was the best I ever had. Staff is courtesos and 9ver ethusastic

I had made a booking online through make my trip for Feb 2020. had made the booking quite in advance so as to not get the price surge. Thinking i was all ok i didn’t bother about my booking till Jan 2020.
On calling the hotel to make a request due to medical reasons to shorten my stay, i was take my surprise that my booking in itself is not confirmed. I was asked by the hotel staff to cancel my booking 😱. The reason i got is because the whole hotel is booked for a wedding (large amount of money involved), they have no rooms and have bumped off all bookings without making any arrangements for the guests who have booked the room.

As a family we used to frequent the hotel for lunch and dinner and even stayed there and was always considerate of their staff and the way the hotel managed itself... but sad to see that the Fern Hotels have stooped to such Crap. the lady at the reception has no etiquette whatsoever... and the DM who said he would come back to me and assured me he will try and make some arrangement has gone on a 1 week leave.. WOW ... what commitment to customers...
Love that hotels are so confident about earning the big bucks by not giving a rats ass to loyal customers.
Will never ever recommend stay at this property again.
Avoid Bad Staff and Terrible Hospitality

I stayed in the hotel from 20th to 24th November while attending the film festival, urge you all to not stay here, everyone in administration lie here, they are not ashamed for their behaviour and said do whatever you want to do, yes friends these are the words of the manager Manish! I had my reservation via mmt for 21st and 22nd night, on check in only I informed to extend my booking till 26th November, they said it's all empty and it will be done, I informed them again on 21st night and same thing was said it's done, now on 22nd at 12 noon they call me to say you have not checked out, I was in a seminar, I skipped my meal and came back and narrated that every day you confirmed me it's done and today you are saying it's full and you have taken extra bookings, they asked me to share the room with my friend for one night and rest days from 24th to 26th will be taken care, I cooperated for 23rd, again same thing on 24th they started, finally I vacated it with a heavy heart, I have lodged a complaint with the tourism industry in Goa.
Even the travel desk was charging thrice the rate of Goa miles, when asked for they behaved the same way as the manager did.
Kindly avoid not worth your time and money friends, hope the owners are reading this review.
