    Have to go a bit inside from dona polo road. Road is very narrow. Ensure you have transportation arranged. No taxi auto available near by. Hotel claims itself to be ‘ rustic’ styled. Feels more like rusty. Boys manning the hotels do not seem to have any professional training, when ordered an omelette cook was busy taking selfies at breakfast counter. Food was average , sometimes they forget you have ordered. Last night while having bath , Room boy was constantly ringing bell for 10 minutes, only to say whether my tv is working. Even a Ginger Goa is better than this . Location also is not favourable , I felt like I am staying in an Oyo. Lodge. ... More

    I stayed at the Fern Residency in December 2017. It was my first solo trip and I loved the experience here. The vibe of the hotel is so amazing. They welcomed me with a drink which I think was kokum. Since I was traveling alone for the first I had certain inhibitions but the staff here was super friendly & helpful. I even used the spa facilities downstairs where I got discount. The food is very nice and the garden outside the hotel is best to unwind. The rooms are so gorgeous. Loved the furniture. I will recommend this hotel for family as well as people traveling alone.... More

    All was good but reception staff need to be more knowledgeable in a way of arranging bikes

    I was here for conference purpose, my stay and all staff are very polite and profesnal but only i am upset is the rent bike.i have asked to arrange a bike for me at reception and they did but it was not yello plated and because of that reason i had faced an horrible experiance with the traffic police, i had to pay fine for the same n entire experiance went into dealing with it....please do care of your guest in such kind...... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
