    We stayed here for 2 nights with family, the rooms were quite big with all the modern amenities, the hotel is located far from main Munnar town but the location of the hotel is it's USP, tranquil surrounding with abundant greenery made a great stay. The hotel has a cordial staff and the service is also commendable but they have to upgrade the standard of their buffet breakfast menu. The hotel has playing options for children. Quality of food is also good. Overall we had a very satisfying stay and would recommend others to book the hotel who prefer to live in solitude.... More

    Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the Chinnakanal,Munnar.extremely clean & comfortable .Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staffs , Good Restaurant with variety Foods .We are Ride Coordinaters Of Royal Enfield from diffrent Districts We Are More Than 30 Peoples and 30 Motorcycles They Gave The Best Parking Area to us .We are Stayed 3Days .At Check out time Jibson Bivera (Training Manager ) Clicks Some Photographs With Us ,Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!     Disappointing and disgusting

    They say that first impressions matter, unfortunately they weren’t the best with this resort. We were greeted with rubbish outside our rooms, including discarded tissues and empty chip packets. The restaurant was no better - when we went to get some tea one afternoon, we noticed to our dismay that the detritus from lunch still had not been cleaned even 4 hours later. The room itself is in sore need of a good coat of paint, but also just some good old fashioned elbow grease to clean properly. So called fresh towels arrived stained, and it overall just set the tone for a rather disappointing stay. The sombre, gothic cathedral music in the restaurant on Christmas Eve seemed out of place and incongruous with the zoo like feeding atmosphere. The food was average in quality but staff were few and far between, with piles of old plates being left for ages before being collected. The “gala” night consisted of ear splitting music and insane numbers of balloons, which were Popped and the rubbish left strewn over the lawns well into the next morning. Above all, the hotel should make some better effort to communicate the absolutely diabolical state of roads into the town and into the hotel. While not upto their control, they can at least give their guests some idea of the conditions in order to help plan their trip. The management of this resort needs to have a serious look at its practices, motivating its staff and renovating its rooms. ... More

    This the best place to stay and location is in tea state. its very beautiful nature surroundings, Cool & calm. Food quality is very good specially buffet breakfast is very good.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
