I stayed here couple of times in March 2015. I would say that I was lucky to find Mulburry Vista. I got transferred to Delhi and was searching for a place to stay for two weeks as part of transit. I was worried about my 11 month old baby and her food, as we have not started to give her restaurant food, so staying in a hotel was not an option for me. I was searching on tripadvisor and i found Mulburry vista. I was skeptical about homestays as i have never stayed at one before. So i wanted to give it a try and stayed at this place for 4 days when i came to Delhi to find a house. Though i was out most part of the day, the people took good care of my requirements (The landlord, Dhruv was travelling, but he was kind enough to instruct staff to take care of me). I felt comfortable to bring my family after my four day trial.
A week later, i came back with my family (wife and toddler). And as expected Dhruv has given all the instructions to the staff before our arrival. To my relief, my daughter enjoyed her stay there. The room was pretty big for her to roam around in her "walker". The corridor and dining area were huge, so she never felt the space crunch, which would have definitely happened if it was a hotel room. The cook, Mr Panchu, took care of all her food requirements. She loved the parrots which were kept in the house. I felt comfortable leaving my wife and kid to go to work, which was my major worry before coming to this place. All our special requests were met, be it with food or with extra furniture or with other facilities. All in all it was a fantastic place. You will be getting a huge house and all its facilities by paying rent just for the room. As mentioned in the description of the property, the place is very close to all major tourist attractions and markets. I definitely recommend this place.

I took my 12 year old son and 2 year old daughter and mother for a holiday to my motherland India. When looking for accomodation I decided I didn't want to do the hotel thing as we were going for a month and I don't think hotels really allow you to get a feel for the culture and buzzing day to day life in India. The small rooms busy lobbies lobbies lack of private outdoor areas not at all appealing and won't really let my children see how different yet wonderful life is in India as compared to Australia.
I discovered the Mulberry Vista on trip advisor boasting all the mod cons of the hotels only with more.....a large lounge and dining room with a gorgeous spacious outdoor balcony beautiful for afternoon tea and evening drinks!! These are common areas for any other guest staying as there is one other guest room which gets let. However you'll find you will probably be using these spaces at different times otherwise bumping into each other ocassionally as we did and have now made lovely friends for life from Canada!!! We had the option of take away or cooking our own or having the staff cook. My children loved the whole experience and visit to India and the accomodation had everything to do with it we are now home and missing the Mulberry Vista it truly was a home away from home. Dhruv and Taran were lovely hosts on our vacation and happy to assist with many things like booking us a cab at a reasonable fare to Agra and back getting our telecommunications connected etc. M block market is a moments walk and has everything you could want and need, all modes of transport are a walk away and most tourist sites aren't that far either. Rajesh is a lovely assistant and always happy to help. Everything about this accomodation is fabulous we will be back again. Thank you Mulberry Vista for making our Indian experience so special and memorable.
