    Worst hotel ever stayed. Beware dont book.

    We should have read other review before booking. It's one of the worst hotel I have ever seen. It's a hunted house. No proper maintained. Dirty bathroom, no proper facility. This hotel has 50 room and could not even take a load of 10 room we booked. The hot water takes 3 to 4 hr for one bucket. Electricity load is badly maintained and it keeps having power cuts we faced at least 10 times a day. Their heater is useless and extra charge is applied of 350per day.the bed sheet are so bad that u feel like sleep without but due too cold have to bear that also. It was the worst nightmare of life. This is good for a local couple for a few hr visits kind of hotel. Never again in my life, I will go here I better sleep in the car. People who have liked this hotel and review either they are paid or not seen other place in Shimla for the same cost or due too Deepak who work there and try his best to help.... More

    It is rightly said NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Same is the case with this hotel. Service is very poor, Shortage of staff to listen to queries. Water shortage and it takes even 2 hours to get adequate supply of water. Not at all satisfied.... More

    DO NOT STAY HERE. This place was the worst excuse for a hotel I've found in travelling about 20 countries. It was dirty and moldy with terrible service, no amenities, no restaurant, no power point plugs, a broken shower, no wifi, sheets that have possibly never been washed, etc. Just think of all the things you would never want in a hotel and this is it. It would be more comfortable to sleep on the street or in the car. The hotel is lying about it's service. It was booked by our tour guide and we found it completely unacceptable and paid to book ourselves another hotel the moment we could. We also found out that it is looked down on by the locals of Shimla. Absolutely do not stay here. Zero stars. ... More

    Stayed at this hotel during our family tour to shimla, we could able to locate the hotel easily. But once entered, our tour started spoiling. Staffs were non professionals. No running hot water. Bad experience. I booked based on makemytrip rating. Never recommend the hotel to anyone.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
