    Misty River Resort is located a bit on the outskirts of Munnar just beside the Misty river. We stayed on the first floor from where the river was visible right in front. The area is a bit isolated and quiet. The morning began with the chirping of birds and the sound of the water gushing through the rocks. The room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. The washroom was very spacious. Service was commendable. There were two guys at the resort who were very expert in their job. The breakfast was delicious. We had a nice time communicating with the guys, very well-mannered and extremely good behaviour. I would want to go back in the serene and calm Misty River resort again later.... More

    Resort is beautifully located though it is 17kms away from munnar town but trust me u will enjoy the drive to munnar. Backside is river and it is surrounded by greenery but that doesn’t mean it is isolated as there are few more properties and houses of local person. Good food at reasonable rate but yes i would suggest make cp plan compulsory for all and increase varity in breakfast. Hospitality was really good and quick. I mean they really care about you from hot water to medicines they are all prepared🙂. Room & bathroom was spacious thought non ac but u will not need ac as it’s cold there. Pros- service, food, river, room size. Cons- Breakfast variety can be increased Advice- keep the balcony doors closed else bugs can enter.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
