    Ganpati Ji at the entrance with the water view was amazing & gives a beautiful vibe. Located very close to the International Airport. Restaurant staff were very helpful & kind. We stayed there for 2 days and we absolutely loved the Maharashtrian cuisine. The concierge staff were very polite & kind as well. Overall great service :)... More

    I enjoy staying at Mirage on all my business trips. This time they had a Mehendhi and Music night until midnight. They asked me if the noise would be fine and since it was until 23:50, I could manage well. I love the food they serve and they went out of the way to suggest and support the sightseeing arrangements.... More

    New Management makes you run away from this Place.

    November 2017 I had an opportunity to stay here. I was down with fever and cold. Terribly sick. I had some guest came to see me and I could not even pick up the phone. from the reception. I said okay send the guest in. I got a reply that shocked me totally. It was a broad day light. afternoon. they said, sorry sir, guest cannot come in you have to come down. I told the guy are you crazy ?? I am down with fever i cannot even walk, you want me to come down ?? that besides the point, I have been staying here or donkeys years.. and I never heard such nonsense. He said, this is a new management and you have to come down. I blatantly refused and shouted at the guy and then finally the guest was allowed to come and see me. Another important thing is that they dont take credit card approvals before and so, you have to pay cash to every room service order or restaurant order. My colleague who stayed in another room, went down to have a dinner, signed his room and came to the room, and his room door was knocked at 1 am, yes no joke, it was 1 am mid night and they came to ask him for a cash as he cannot sign his room number. Can you believe this ??? WELL THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL STAY IN MIRAGE and for those who doesn't care about any self respect or self esteem can continue to stay here. I would rather stay in the lounge and sleep in a sitting posture than to stay in this chill cold, attitude People. The duty manager, was so rude and I would never want to see this Property in my Life again. Sorry. I dont want to mention any names, but MIRAGE is wiped out from my memory. if this is the new Management, god bless them.... More

    I stayed for 3 nights, it was pleasant, the breakfast is good The staff are nice to deal with The hotel deco is based around glass and mirror, that makes room look bigger The area is very busy, it is very nearer to the airport i have not tried the meals at the hotel, so cannot comment on it The negative bit, they allow free slow wifi for 24 hrs for 1 device only, this makes it really annoying for international travel where you need wifi for mobile and laptop You have to purchase for faster wifi and additional device :-( Overall it is nice, i wish they would allow wifi for more than 1 device,... Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
