    no cleanliness and not worth for the money

    No cleanliness (room stinks and no proper room checking before admitting the guest) , bad staff behavior (manager and the evening reception guys) and fully money oriented (no water facility and need to purchase from them with exorbitant money and need to ask for brush ,soap and other basic thing) , its not even suit for a single star hotel and absolutely waste of money in booking with them.I booked by seeing the positive review and now i regret doing that as i was fully disappointed with the hotel management and the staff behavior and the way they treat the guest....     We had work nearby so we stayed here. Its not so far from airport too, another plus point. Its mid range and worth its price. There is an attached bar too for those who want to drink.Rooms are good, tidy , clean. Staff is good. Restaurant is ok. If you have work in nearby areas then i ll say you can try it.... More

    Metro grand hotel ,Arumbakkam ,Chennai a three star hotel was worth for money .Nice rooms and comfortable but preferably for food you can go outside .Flights for Chennai air India as you may get a small snack also.Indigo airline every thing is chargeable as rate also little less. Chennai international airport not as good as others .If you r in mountroad side and needs to kill time for flight near by mall is Express avenue and food court has variety items .Ola cabs will be preferred ,ola mini is good as the GPRS is good with there mobile ....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
