    This was my first time visiting this hotel. It is located in anjuna. The location is decent. However my experience at this hotel made this my first and final visit. I had stayed here for a total of 5 days. The room size was decent, it also has a balcony without much of a view. The refridgerator was working perfectly, TV had to be fixed ( although I dont really watch TV but just a point worth mentioning, nothing serious). The main problem we faced was in the showers. There was water clogging from day 1 and it spread everywhere in the bathroom( room no 1208 to be specific) . I called for room assistance and the guy tried to fix it, but failed. He then informed me that it cannot be fixed. Secondly, I was stopped by someone at reception for carrying hotel towels outside the premises( they give clean towels on a daily basis) . I was basically going to use them after I come back from a swim in the beach. Does it make any difference if I use the towel outside or inside the premise? I mean you have given the towel to me, I can clean my shoes with it in the room for that matter, it can still get dirty. Maybe if I was taking their tea maker or their pillows(things that can actually be damaged) outside their hotel ,then it makes sense. Logic fail. Also we had to daily remind them for the clean towels and water bottles which are guranteed daily. It should be routine but apparently the staff they have this hotel is incompetent. Did not use their pool. Their food was decent especially indian. But overall experience was miserable for the price they charged. I would not really recommend this place to anybody.... More

    its not new review,because we visit hotel 6 years ago,but it was good experience.main reason for us it was roof pool and it was very very nice. beac is not close to hotel and you need 15 minutes to go. thanks!... More

    Property is situated on the Anjuna Beach Rd. Very calm place .Rooms were neat and clean. House keeping is upto the mark. Staff was very friendly. Food was very tasty specially for North Indian like us. My visit from 5th to 9th Nov was very comfortable. Thanks . would like to visit again... More

    it was very pleasant stay. food was very tasty n all the facility they had provide it was really good. all the staff was very co-operative n help full. specially the front office staff was really awesome. ill do visit the property again. v really had a very great time spend.... it was worth spending. loved it .......     Based on the reviews I read after booking this Hotel, My expectations were low. Maybe that's the reason I feel good after check-out. There definitely is a maintenance issue. We went in August (off-Season) on a weekend. Buffet Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was removed as they had only guest in 5 or 6 rooms. Instead, they served the same items at our table. i.e: Masala Poha, Aloo Parota, Masala Omelet, Bread and Jam, Coffee. Out of all the coffee was the worst. It just felt like Light brown water. The quantity was limited to what they had given us. Maybe when there are more guests the quantities will be unlimited. However there will only be 4 varieties. Swimming Pool: The pool is 4 to 4 1/2 feet in depth and the longest stretch is about 25 feet long. The room: The room was above average and hence the overall 4-star rating. the A/C was working good. The toiletries were intact. The only issue was the flush.... More

Situated near the flea market, Meraden Opus is located at a distance of 1 km from Anjuna Beach. The hotel has a swimming pool and an open air Jacuzzi. The hotel houses a total of 24 rooms and suites which are well-equipped with various modern amenities for utmost comforts to its guests. Wireless high speed internet access is provided in all the rooms. Each room offers panoramic views of the swimming pool. Please note that the attached is the noticed received from the Director of Tourist, as all the guest has to produce Aadhar card or any other authorised identity with address proof at the time of checkin failing which guest will not allow for check in at the hotel.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
