    Quite decent a place for food n stay

    We were to go to Highland Resort but they could not give us a room on the lower floor and did not have a lift. So they redirected us to their other property Mayur Retreat. Mayur Retreat is an extension of a corporate learning centre but functions like a proper hotel. They have very good rooms with double beds and a single sofa bed in most rooms, apart from balcony and bathtub. Oh yes, and a Lift!!! They have a pool which is not too well kept but it is not too bad either. There were some families who jumped in. Food was surprisingly good. They added free breakfast to our deal because of the shifting we had to do. Mostly vegetarian and eggs. TV was a problem in one of the rooms so eventually we switched room but otherwise, they have technicians and staff who are quite helpful, courteous and quietly go about their business. They do not serve buffet if there are not enough people so I think that's good otherwise food goes waste. As far as location goes, Lonavala is very crowded on weekends with traffic snarls. This place - Mayur Retreat is located before the actual Lonavala crowded area so we were able to avoid and even go for a drive to Khandala without getting stuck.     I went there 2 months back while we were going on our trip, we enjoyed our stay there and had good time there, it has a nice garden and we had good food there and had lots of fun. i like the service and staff there.... More

    A very good 3 star hotel with good food and service

    I had stayed here with colleagues on a official trip. This is is a basic 3 star hotel. The hotel has good food with taste and quality. The staff was quick in their service and everyone was well spoken. The rooms and bathroom were clean and neat. The room is basic but good.They have nice and large lobby and a restaurant there itself. The beds were too good... especially the blankets. The sleep quality was good which is utmost required after a long travel. There is table tenis. But I feel it should have placed on ground floor as the ball kept falling down from first floor to ground floor. The pool seemed clean and it is maintained. I would recommend this hotel.... More

    I just went there during my one day family picnic. I have not booked the room, but just had lunch there. The location is awesome. The staff is friendly and the food is good. It is just 300 per person for lunch buffet which is a good deal.... More

    Renovated & Renovating... For the Good..

    We had a company conference. The hotel is renovating & changing for the better. The staff are cooperative & goes out of the way to resolve any problem & make you comfortable. There are bad reviews of this property & may be for the earlier owned one. The property is under new owners & they mean business. We found the conference halls food good & the rooms are also fairly good. They also serve good & tasty food. Quick service is the hall mark. They are still in the process of improving. Overview

Mayur Heritage is one of the popular hotels in Lonavala. Away from the folderol of the noisy city, this property offers a placid place to rest. The property has a total of 42 rooms and acts as a perfect abode to the meandering traveler.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
