    A hotel in the middle of an apartment Building

    Expect the unexpected. When you land at the location you are greeted by a parking lot of an abandoned hotel, then you just move a little ahead and squint your eyes at the adjacent building with a eye clinic and you can find this hotel on the 4th floor. You take a rickety lift through the apartment building and then you arrive at your hotel. The service is alright but then when i complained about seeing a mouse in my room the whole bunch of boys from room service came and had fun and just said that it will go away. I opted for this hotel because it was rated 4.3 on the booking site. So the lesson learnt is that i should have searched other sites also before booking this place.... More

    Rooms offered by OYO rooms. The lodge is situated in outskirt non recognisable area. Uber couldn't recognised it. The rooms are dirty, no hot water, no wi fi, no complementary breakfast, beds are horrible , even water glasses are not provided. The rooms are not properly illuminated, it is so insure that we couldn't sleep whole night and hotel staff are terrible.... More

    I booked this Hotel through OYO as I wanted to stay close to Kolkata Airport because of early morning flight. We reached at this Hotel at 8 PM in the evening and surprisingly room was not ready knowing the fact that its a small hotel i called them an hour before arrival. But then we had to wait for 30 minutes to get the rooms. Location - Very difficult to understand the Hotel entrance, you had to go through backside of building and filthy path. Rooms - Rooms are good spacious and justify the amount you pay. Service - Poor no help for luggage as its very difficult to find the entrance and being on 4th Floor there should be one staff who should take you to the Hotel Food- Average Not recommended Hotel as if you pay some more hundreds you get better Hotel....     Stayed was of 4 days. rooms was quiet big with balcony. Need to maintain the property as the rooms were with dust n walls were dirty. broken n dusty sofa.previous guests belongings were there.. which was not pleasant to discover. food was okay not very fancy.. just what we eat at home.kitchen was not in a very good and hygienic condition. Hotel house keeping and kitchen staff were good. happy with there service and hospitality. property manager was smart money maker, charged us extra rs 1000 for same kinda room which was little cleaner than previous room shown to us. Stay was good for the price we paid to OYO.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
