    This is a awesome extended stay hotel , I give it the best in the world . I was there for two days in Nov and I was amazed by the service and attention to detail. The general manager Ashwin is always there and his staff very dedicated to the needs of the guests , The rooms are very clean and room service is excellent . It is very well maintained hotel and it's so peaceful , quiet and you won't think you are in the the heart of Mumbai . The WiFi is great , the breakfast is huge with with lots of choices and there is also a free coffee center that's available 24 hours . I have traveled and stayed in different hotels all over the world and this is one of the best hotels in the world with Ashwin and his crew running it so professionally . I was flying in for the USA and wasn't familiar with area and the top Manager Nick and Ashwin replied so promptly to all my emails and made my check in and stay so smooth . Thank you Nick and Ashwin ! When in Mumbai this is my home and I plan to visit it again soon .... More

    I stayed at the Renaissance for about 4 weeks - a good choice if you want to stay in a hotel. Opposite to the renaissance was when I discovered this beautiful apartment that sat tall viewing the lake. Being done with the hotel life I wanted to move to something that reminded me of home and sure I was. Ashwin and his team welcomed me and showed me around - the place has a beautiful garden way better than the usual hotels. I stayed at the 1 bhk apartment for a week. Pros - 2 TVs & super fast internet (the modem is in your room) Kitchen - everything you need to make food you need, they have a grocery list that you can take and hand over. You should have it the next day. View - Didn't have the lake view this time, still a good view with many trees. Service - wayyy better than the renaissance - quick and efficient. Cons- Breakfast closes at 10:30 vs the usual 11:00 (con for those working late nights) Gym is at the renaissance (a 100m walk away) Shallow Pool ( 4 Feet) Overall this is a great property stay - good combination of luxury and feel-home. ...     Well done to the staffs at the Marriott Executive Apartments in Mumbai taking extra efforts to deliver great customer experience. I love how they greet every guest by name (I’m bad at remembering names) with a bright and cheerful smile, paying detail attention to guest’s liking and preference. It was a short stay for me (just two days). On day 1 they’ve observed my liking for breakfast, and the next day I was offered my favourite the moment I was seated. The Head Chef and Floor Manager even surprised me with a nice Chocolate mousse cake at the front desk when I checked out. And yes...A Happy Customer is a Returning Customer. ... More

    Stayed for couple of nights since hotel was sold out (marriage parties occupying many rooms). Rooms are decent size, has all amenities with full kitchen. Restaurant is good as well for dining. Room service was quick as well since this has its own kitchen. A quick walk will lead you to hotel. Front desk team was very cordial. Overall my impression was this is bit pricey, on the flip side I enjoyed the peace. Only the top floors have good views. ... More

    An absolute delight! Fortunate to stay during Deepavali. MEA Lakeside Chalet was aglow and the staff was equally luminous. Arrival was in the wee hours, therefore, thankful check in was brief and pleasant. Breakfast buffet is included. The healthy food choices are freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. Chefs Somendra and Kartik’s omelet station is superb. Atul, Akshay, Ranjeet, Onkas, Tsering, Sunita and everyone on Gaurav’s Team Crimson, are ready and eager to fulfill your every request with no hesitation, and a smile every morning. Their Namaste greeting started the day just right. The facility is a well maintained and peaceful sanctuary in a busy, noisy city. The gym (at the Renaissance next door) is well equipped and yoga class is offered daily. Didn’t use the pool. The is spa tranquil, and the staff also professional, kind and caring. The 1 bed apartment is updated, spacious, quiet, bright, (but with blackout curtains). The kitchen well fitted with cooktop, full sized fridge, oven, dishwasher I.e. everything one could need. There are two washer and dryers on every floor. Air con worked brilliantly. Must mention how meticulously Sharmilla’s housekeeping staff tended our rooms and fufilled our requests. Engineering was prompt and efficient if mechanical issues arose. We were not merely attended to, we were embraced. Covind’s evening Team Crimson prepared and delivered a special soup and ginger lemon tea to fight a miserable cold and get me back on my feet. Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 03 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 03 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
