    We booked two double room for 4 persons of a family.. Though during online booking checking tome was 1 pm.. We requested via phone to make it 12 of possible.. And after reaching by 12.30 we had to wait upto 2 pm to get two rooms that too in two different floors... Most shockingly one of the rooms was single size bed with a single pillow. Another room was standard double bed. After questioning they said they dnt hv any single room in the hotel, it's just the room size and bed size.. Moreover no more rooms left. I never experienced such unprofessional and bogus hotel management staffs. Finally boss came and he explained us that while building this hotel it was not ment to b hotel.. Bla bla.. So few rooms are smaller. Why Shall customer pay cost of double room in such small place!! And our connecting flight to kolkata was next afternoon. So hotel stay was for only one night.. After much argument around 8 pm another room vacated and we got shifted. I suggest ppl to avoid such management. Rooms were good and complementary breakfast was good but our first impression was worse!!!!!... More

    Pros: Walking distance from Egmore station, Clean rooms, great staff, great breakfast spread, and a reat bar. Cons: Furniture and toilet have that old look. Needs refurbishment. Thought the check in time was 1 pm, they gave me the room at 8am, as I promised to vacate by 7 pm! THere is a great stadium/ volleyball/ hockey courts right next door, for you to go for a moning walk!... More

    I stayed here alone for a night. The property is maintained very well and so are the rooms. I got a single bed room which was more than sufficient for a single person. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed linens were good too. Had a good nights sleep before a tiring day ahead. They provide a complimentary buffet breakfast which had a good spread. You got idly , dosa , paratha, fruits , toast bread and jam, upma etc. They serve tea and coffee as well. For the price i paid i was more than satisfied with the service. And its really on my list if i visit Chennai again. Thanks for the nice time.... More

    Excellent hotel neat, calm,good food,near to Rly station. Very good behavior from all staffs! I am much impressed and decided to stay everymonth for my official visit! Overview

Just half a kilometer from Egmore railway station, Marina Inn offers a total of 48 well furnished rooms for a comfortable accommodation. The hotel maintains the Marina banquet which is 1000 sq ft in size and can easily accommodation up to 100 guests. There is also a multi-cuisine restaurant called The Stadium and Cafe Coffee Day outlet in the hotel.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
