    Pathetic experience

    Booked this hotel to check if it has worth to tie up for corporate bookings. So booked from go-ibibo for 5 days. Also called up before checkin that if they have sufficient parking space to which they said yes. Now once arrived here, no proper parking, they asked me to park in their backyard which is quiet narrow spot so do not come with your vehicle here. Also the room which i was staying, was smelling like a urinal so had it changed after a night. Tried talking to staff here, they seemed to be rude and careless about customer point of view. In todays time they are offering internet of 1 hr limit a day, wow, my personal mobile data is far better than these guys corporate net. Food quality is also not that great, you can find better options nearby. Even roadside food tastes much better than this. Airport transport is provided at high cost, you can personally travel here in luxury class of uber/OLA in that charge. Lifts are from old era i guess, takes ages to reach between floors. Not a worth, already informed the office about feedback. At least these guys lost a business of a lakh per month at least. Just a suggestion to the staff and management, when they will go to any other hotel for personal requirements and get pathetic service, just see what you do and then expect from others.... More

    The hotel was great in terms of room quality and cleanliness. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the main temple and one can walk on their own to the temple within 5 minutes, though the hotel provides free pick and drop to the temple. The rooms quality was very good and cleanliness was maintained with high quality. Food served in their restaurant was very nice and with lot of options. Though I felt it was slightly expensive in terms of cost in that area. Was slightly disappointed with their WiFi service. Need to call their reception each time to connect to their WiFi. Hope that next time, they would change their wifi arrangement and make it more convenient for their guests. Overall my experience was very good.... More

    Disgusting hotel and pathetic staff, Even when had reservation on Corporate tie up. Worse location near some slum area,smelling rooms and small 14" TV with shabby shades, Please don't rely on the pics posted above,Never ever have a reservation here. Marigold Residency is located near the airport in a commercially prominent part of the city, offers 3 Star facilities and services. 46 elegant rooms and additional amenities including internet connectivity and business services for the corporate guests are provided by the hotels. Citrus Court, a multi cuisine restaurant serving Indian, Chinese, Continental is a perfect eat out. The hotel also offers room service around the clock, doctor on call, laundry facilities and currency exchange facility.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
