    It's a lovely property with good courteous service by staff....we were a group of 10 people who had booked a Stay from the 8th to the 10th of Jan. On 8th Jan it snowed very heavily since morning & the connecting roads from Shimla got blocked. In that scenario, our first group of 4 Pax had to return from Shimla at 12noon & kept trying different options as suggested by the Hotel Travel desk. Our group of 4, cud finally reach the hotel on 9th evening at 5pm by hiring a Gypsy for 5K for a pickup from Totu(7 KMS from Shimla). A similar amount had to be paid by the earlier group of 6 Pax as well to travel a distance of 8 KMS on a different route the previous evening. Strongly felt, the Hotel Travel desk could have managed the case a lot better, at least we found them in equipped to managed the crisis that we were into. During return we had to organise a Tempo Traveller on our own for 6.5K to return to Chandigarh Airport. Another incident happened on the day of return. Out of our Group of 8 people(2 returned the previous day), 4 people slipped on the slippery slope leading to the exit. 2 of them had heavy injuries. I saw other boarders fall while walking down this exit. There was a rear exit from the front of the Conference room, which should have been readily opened up for boarders to avoid the injuries. The same was dry & least risky & was being conveniently used by the Store staff to bring down our luggages to the main road. Barring the above 2 observations, it was a good stay !!! ... More

    This place has big spacious rooms, cleanliness and hygiene standards are very high. The staff are at your service and very responsive. The manager mr deepak is a great guy. The quality of food is also great. They have only one guy operating the spa so might not be ideal for large groups wishing to use spa... More

    Visited there this weekend. It's a nice property. We stayed at a cottage. There was central heating in our cottage. What is conspicuously lacking is lack of open spaces in the property. The rooms are OK but the sheer lack of any considerable open space is a killer. The staff overall are very service oriented, they were fully cooperative and restaurant service was good too. There is a debilitated activities room for children to speak of. There is nothing else except for one dining and banquet area. So the huge amount paid to them seemed somewhat unqualified.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
