    Nice hotel but HORRIBLE gym

    They hotel is very nice with incredible views. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very comfortable with heated floors, toilets etc. However, the quality of the gym is pathetic for a hotel of this caliber. Two wobbly tread mills, two ellipticals, one bike and a handful of weights. There was also one flimsy mat for floor work, but really no space for it as the gym was so small. I mentioned it to several of my London based colleagues and they were incredibly surprised as this is a fairly new property. I have been at two star hotels with better gym facilities. If this hotel really wants to be in the “big leagues” they need to fix this problem. They should be embarrassed by such an offering. ... More

    Great view, poor service!

    Visited on a Sunday night, bar averagely busy. This is a lovely bar with amazing views. It’s a little ‘up itself’ being honest. Service was slow-some drinks on the menu were for some reason not available. And others turned up without ice, despite specifically being requested. Having said that the seating is lovely and it has a great ambiance. We were charged a minimum £30 per head charge even though we had eaten in the Oblix-Shard restaurant beforehand which I feel was unnecessary. As a couple we paid £60 for 3 drinks (only one of which was a cocktail) which is pricey even in the centre of London. Service was very average, we witnessed several tables asking to be served, as did we as they took so long to come to our table and it wasn’t particularly busy.... More

    My 9 year old daughter and I had the most fabulous stay in this amazing hotel. Staff were superbly helpful and attentive. And so friendly and accommodating to my daughter. The views from the infinity pool were mesmerising. This place is simply magical! The only downside is that once you’ve experienced the Shangri-La in the Shard you will not want to stay anywhere else in London! We are already planning our next visit ! Thank you wholeheartedly to all at the Shangri-La for making our stay a most memorable experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Vitalia & Mia... More

Located on the main road at the entrance of Calangute Village, this 2 Star resort is surrounded by rice fields. What's unique of this property is the fish-shaped swimming pool, which is seen from any of its 25 rooms with standard amenities. Calangute beach is 1.5 km away while airport is 45 km from the resort. A poolside bar-cum-restaurant serves a plethora of multi-cuisine delicacies to its diners. The hotel's personalized service includes sight-seeing tours and an ayurvedic massage in the parlour. Sun beds are on offer to guests, who would want to work on their tan. This accommodation in Goa also provides laundry, safe deposit locker, doctor on call and 24 hour security. The property also has a taxi counter.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
