    Beach side place. Nice but very noicy place where you cant have any rest. Good for people who need laud music 24/7. I do not like as I am in Goa to have holiday and it means rest. All night laud parties up to 7 oclock in the morning. Even there is the law in Goa that laud music must be stopped at 22:00 this place do not follow the law. ... More

    How to turn Paradise into a living Hell

    This place is in a fantastic spot on a lovely sandy beach with excellent swimming, yoga and massage nearby and lots of fishy restaurants. So why oh why does this place pump out ear bleedingly loud 'music' from 10pm to 8am for three nights on the trot? Did I inadvertently attend a sadomasochists symposium? This place wouldn't even be suitable for the hard of hearing - the noise vibrates through the body despite the use of earplugs, noise cancelling headphones and pillows over the head. This would probably be ok in some of the resorts on the Costas, but please give us back our little bit of peace here.... More

    Good property with brilliant location but badly managed

    For my last visit over Diwali, I decided to stay on Mirjim and based on pictures found location and facilities in Marbela best suited. Tried to book on hotel website, but no facility for that and they asked me to send a mail. Didn't get any response to the mail and booked through MMT. Arrived on a day when cyclone Kyarr had started moving away after passing close to west coast. Whole Goa was in a recovery mode but when we reached Marbela, they seemed to have given up. There was barely any staff in hotel, the approach road was non existent and there was no power in hotel. Some of staff were merrily sleeping in guest rooms making no efforts to spruce up after the cyclone started retreating. Kitchen was non ops and staff on duty made no attempt to guide or help us in finding food from nearby hotels. In fact when we asked for help, the lady on duty shouted back at us and used almost abusive language never heard in hospitality industry. She had no empathy for guests who had come to holiday in their resort. The trouble continued with AC frequently tripping, TV not working, breakfast lacked variety and there were flies in kitchen area which no one from hotel seem to bother. Staff was really laid back lazy and at times arrogant. Cleaning on swimming pool or furniture or cabanas was way below expected standards.I believe a new manager has joined who hopefully will get the resort and staff back to shape. The property is well located and has good layout with huge potential. I hope new manager will be able to get things back in order.... More

    The design and the tropical architecture of this boutique hotel is ideal for shooting films or music videos. The cafe and dining area is right at the beach so the background is very mesmerising. The staff is very helpful and they helped a lot in minute production details like arranging bon fire and bringing out the barbeque.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
