    This Hotel being located on the main road in a decent locality in Delhi is perhaps the only favourable aspect. It’s walking distance to a metro station, and getting public transportation is easy. However, the building itself does not stand out significantly and is lost in the haze of it’s external façade. While the room’s were well lit and felt spacious, the passages were dingy and dim. Did not feel very comfortable in the corridors to walk around and the walls and carpets were dirty. Bathroom was clean, towels were a bit old and the toiletries were just about average in quality. A/c worked well and so did their Wi-Fi. Windows were sealed, and the glass was dirty and stained from the outside and hence no scope for any fresh air or natural ventilation – perhaps a good thing, considering the pollution levels of Delhi. They have a restaurant that provides buffet breakfast but serve a-la carte fare for lunch or dinner. Although in their website it said that even these are buffet(s). Breakfast is very basic – no variety and some of the dishes were much below par. No one around to monitor the dishes and many times one had to wait for refills. Definitely the dishes were highly priced and hence no “value for money” Unless asked for, Newspapers were not provided in the rooms. In the showers water was not hot, especially in the evenings. Much water gets wasted. No complaints about the attitude of the staff. All of them were hospitable, helpful and co-operative, this hotel would do well for a good makeover and certainly there is lot of scope to improve the standards and make it a hotel of first choice, and not let it deteriorate further. Overall, one felt that they could do lot better to improve the ambiance, the maintenance etc..... More

    I recently conducted a seminar at the hotel. The hotel is located in Kailash colony near a metro station. The conference room was in the basement. The room is fairly large and can easily seat 120 people. The seminar went through without any real issues.... More

    Stayed there fr 1N last week- Decent hotel- Room and washroom were clean-Hotel staff is polite and cooperative- But they need to improve quality of Towels they provide- Its not upto the mark- Breakfast was okay and could be improved- The hotel is pretty near to metro station and main market and also American Plaza, where people usually go for Visa Biometrics- Overall a pretty good & decent hotel...     The hotel is a budget hotel. If you are on a business trip or looking for a short stay with comfort then this is a right place. The room was neat and clean. It is close to Greater Kailash and other localities, so you can go out and the local cuisines and shopping. The area is peaceful. Food was good. The breakfast was served in buffet and was good if compared with the benchmark for a budget hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room in which I was staying the A/c room and power control room was just next to it so there was little bit of noise. Overall it was a good stay!!!... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
