    This is an average hotel in wagholi, Pune location. Food quality & quantity is worst. The room size is good but other facilities like AC, washroom are not good. Rooms are not very clean & washrooms are not hygienic. The AC was turned off and after 2 reminders & 2 hours they provided me AC remote. The staff doesn't care much about guests. There are lots of improvement scope for the hotel owner.... More

    I had booked this hotel on 9th thru oyo and payed all rent in advance, i had to check in on 10th ngt, these ppl cancelled the booking on 10th evening sayin hotel was over booked, i had to suffer alot with my family, pls dont trust these hotels advice for every traveler.... More

    I checked in today morning. The response I got is pathetic. Front office doesn't have any decency & courtesy. Morning I asked for dental set, they told it is chargeable.     Had a 3 day conference at this hotel.Washrooms for conference attendees were dirty..out of 2 for women,1 was out of order.The ones at the lobby level were equally bad..stinking,dirty,with no water and worse had cockroaches running around.On complaining to the reception staff the receptionist said the conference washrooms were not their responsibility as apparently the property was divided between the hotel owners.The manager too was absolutely unapologetic and argumentative instead of getting things rectified.Food was just about average.The biscuits served at tea time were broken and the waiters were told to replace them.On one occasion the waiters said there was no coffee whereas that was the table d'hote menu pre-decided between us and the hotel.The air conditioning in the conference room could not be adjusted hence had to be switched off every 4 hrs when it got too cold.This is one of the worst hotels anyone can stay in...would not recommend it to anyone...is comparable to the cheap boarding lodges you find near the station in any city. ...     Complaint for charging twice

    I just got to know through my guest that they have paid for the room, whereas I have already made full advance payments for the room. Kindly look into the issue asap. As this sounds quite wrong on your part as you have charged twice the money. please call me for any clarification . I am quite embarrass to know this now hence writing a complain to you. Hope.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
