    We had booked this entire place for a wedding. At the time of booking, they would be so sweet to you as if they are the best in the industry. However, the ground reality is exactly opposite. They are not even capable of managing very small things. The food they served was aweful, over spicy, cold, pathetic looking, etc etc... The table cloth was torn, the Pani Puri guy didn't wear gloves even after reminders, the staff dressed bad. We didn't have a single good memory of this wedding. A decision went completely wrong. I hope you guys read my review and don't book this place at all.. Be it a business meeting, a wedding, family get together or just a casual trip. Please refrain. Uploading few pics for your reference, hope the hotelier doesn't get it removed from the site.... More

    I stayed for one night. The hotel room was not at all to my expectation. On entering the room, i found the rooms were very dimly lit. The bathroom was even poorly lit. One of the light was not working. I had to tell front desk to send maintenance to fix the light even after which it was still dark. On complaining to one of the floor service guys, he said what can we do. Also, the bathroom was very filthy and the toilet seat soiled. I had to tell the service desk to have it cleaned. The bathroom needs severe repair and renovation. It is dark and dingy, paper towel holder broken, mold on walls, shower head not working properly, dust bin was broken. The shower was like a fire hose. It was worst than a mediocre budget inn. I took this hotel based on reviews but was appalled by the condition of the rooms. I had a superior room but only thing superior was the room size which was big. TV cable was not working. Furniture was old and broken. Bathroom fixtures less than mediocre. The breakfast was way less than average - comprised of samosa, sandwich, cold dhoklas, tea was not warm, tea flask was broken. Idlis looked stale. Omelet was a reprieve in breakfast. Toiletries were not provided. Only one towel was provided for 2 people. I had to ask for one more towel when my booking clearly stated 2 people. There were no hand towels neither was there a place to hang clothes inside the bathroom. In the night we asked front desk to send hand towels to the room. We were told it would be sent immediately but we never saw the hand towels at all even when we checked out the next day. Rust and mold was very prevalent in the rooms and bathroom. Central air conditioning is very old and makes a lot of noise. The dhaba next door was the only plus point. The hotel is well situated in a good locality but the hotel and rooms are not maintained. The hot dials on the phone get incorrectly routed. For iron and iron board, i had to call 4 different numbers and was told by 4 different people to call different extensions. I have traveled across many places and stayed at many hotels, but this room was by the far the worst experience. We stayed one night and were evaluating for corporate stay for our offices but were appalled by the dismal conditions. The price is way too high for the condition of the hotel. I wish i could get a refund. The images on websites are all fake and jazzed up. The actual picture paints a very poor image. The wifi was not at all present, even though they said free wifi. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even for a low price point.... More

    Different touring web sight give it a 3 to 4 star rating,i failed to understand on which parameters. At the most this Hotel is a A/C Dharamshala . Rooms and Bathroom lacks modern infrastructure.You feel let down if you are having a picture of 3 to 4 star hotel in your mind.... More

    Very rude staff.. Room was a bit above average. The male bengali receptionist is the worst staff that you can have in hospitality industry. Very disgraceful. Last thing that you can expect after paying 4k for a mere 7-8 hrs is fighting with illiterate fool bong. I have something for this hotel. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
