    Absolute value for money. Clean cottages with safe locker, fridge , intercom , kettle,tv and a.c. In bathroom geyser for hot water and bath amenities. 2 water bottles of 500ml each complimentary on daily basis. Cottages opposite to pool might get noisy when kids enter the pool. Otherwise they offer good pool view from balcony. Little more cleanliness is required around cottages. 1 star reduced because of salty water flow in taps and in shower throughout our stay. Also power fluctuations were quite frequent restarting aircon. Major plus of the property is you cross the road and you are bang on the beach. Nothing much to complain as stay was very smooth. ...     Nice rooms and a nice place to relax

    It was a short trip of mine with my family to goa and i got a recommendation for this place from my friend and really loved the place. The rooms are wooden cottages and the landscaping was amazing. The pool is also spacious with kids section separate. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and finger licking. Beach is visible as soin as you go out of resort and easily accessible for everyone. All in all i liked the place and will come back again and will recommend to others also. ... More

    First we only paid £28 per night including breakfast so please keep that in mind when reading this review. Bed was clean and comfortable and overall accommodation adequate. Downside staffs favourite answer was no . It was very cold at night with only a sheet provide. Do you have blankets - No Do you have a hairdryer- No etc. The shower room floor wasn’t even so didn’t drain in places the main place being by the door and so the floor would remain wet enough to cover your foot which isn’t very pleasant and also dangerous as the floor were tiled - asked if it could be sorted we were told yes but again No. Tea making equipment was available when we arrived which we used on the first day and was never replaced despite asking . Breakfast wasn’t at all appealing it looked grimy and we ate out every day . On the last day I bent down to check under the bed for anything that we may of left behind and I wish I hadn’t as it had empty water bottles , wrapper etc Although staff were polite and when approached were accompanying but never followed through with a request , again this could be a language breakdown. Don’t be put off staying it’s close to the beach and does what it say’s on the tin but only if the tin is labelled BUDGET ... More

    Hotel staff robbed in our cottage

    We were 2 couples stayed in this resort for 3 days from 1st to 4th Dec. We got cottage number 117 and 118 which was near to swimming pool. On out last day 3rd dec, we were in resort for whole day where we were enjoying in the pool and @3.30 pm in noon we went for lunch outside and left our belongings in the room and kept "Do not disturb" mode on, still when we came back are room was cleaned by resort staff, we didn't bother much as we thought it Is last day.. But same night @3:24 am 3 masked men entered cottage number 118 which was locked from inside and there was no force entry, they opened the door with keys and stole everything, suddenly we woke up and saw them @3:30, they ran away with everything which includes expensive items of around 2L.. we shouted, every body from their cottage came out but no hotel staff and security guard came, almost after 10 mins. By that time every thing was already gone.. hotel manager came in next 10 minutes, CCTV footage clearly shows, 3 men entering cottage number 118, without hotel staff involvement this was not possible, hotel manager didn't help us at all, they just gave us a cab to airport, as we had flights next day (4th Dec). Never stay in this property, staff is thief and manager is not at all helpful. We really had death experience that night, if those men would have hit us or kill us, what would have happened we are still in mental dispersion. This hotel should be banned.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
