    One of the best hotels to stay in Manali in winter. Breathtaking was the snow capped view from the room when the sun was rising. Christmas eve Gala dinner was fantastic, though the music was nt christmassy !. Rooms were spacious, warm and cosy amidst minus temperature outside.First set of stairs to access the lift to the rooms is difficult for seniors and tall persons. Efficient and friendly staff all round. if visiting Solang it's better to start very early to avoid the terrible traffic.... More

    We had a great time in Manuallaya. The property was very spacious. The food was delicious. The service and hospitality was exceptional and prompt. The games room could have been maintained in a better condition. The rooms were centrally heated and there was no local thermostat for controlling the temperature which we expected, apart from that we had a memorable experience. Thank you.... More

    Going to Manali in winters was a fine decision and we couldn’t believe that there was so much rush on Christmas Eve.. It was fun to be in the midst of the snow capped peaks. It’s recommend that one avoids Solang as it’s maddening and jam packed. We stayed at The Manuallya Resort and Spa. It was our second stay here and the hotel lived up to our expectations yet again. The room quality and the view from it were just amazing. The staff was very warm and cordial. Room services were great. The kids had a lot of activities to do including feeding rabbits and having chat with the ducks. Food was good too. We extended our special thanks to the Senior Manager Mr Sanjay at the front desk and also Mr Ajesh Thakur for being very helpful and making our stay memorable. Keep up the good work!... More

    The hotel is very beautiful and you get breathtaking views from the rooms. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully done. The breakfast was good and overall service from the staff is great. There was nice decorations for Christmas. Heater worked perfectly fine and the room was very clean. There was a Gala dinner for Christmas Eve which was beautifully done. There were many options of food and drinks. The service of the staff was out of this world. However would like to mention that it would have been better if wine was served. Also the entertainment program was targeting the majority of the audience which were Indians and there was no Christmas feeling in it. The presenter played loud Hindi music and the whole crowd was dancing. I bet none of them celebrated Christmas. ... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
