    we were stayed at mango during our rajasthan tour, all rooms had rich interior with other addon's. they r comming up with nice banquate at basement due to that there was bit conjection for breakfast area but attendent was adjusting wisely. food/breakfast was average hv MUST to improve as per hotel stars....     Nice and decent hotel with perfect location all things are easy to reach perfect room for business and couple travellers great and friendly staff the GM Mr Rajesh Patel is very helpful for the visitors he help is a lot for booking cab and guide is perfect about the city. We plan to had dinner out but we got late and had dinner there and I was surprised that the food was amazing there what we can't find in hotels. The quality and the quantity of food is perfect what I didn't expected. Overall value of money will visit here continues. And highly recommend for travellers ... More

    no hot water during the day. There is a boiler which is started at 6.30 but since it was off season, Rains, the boiler was not started till 7.30. Linen is dirty. Towels are grey which should be white. Staff is new or unaware of the basics of the hotel. No breakfast before 8.... More

    Mango hotel is in good location focal point of city, I stayed in mango on 7/jun/2017 was awesome stay I never had in jaipur fully value of money, I will never prefer any other hotel except mango, special thanks to Mr. Lalit choudhary at reception, he is very helpful and dedicated... Overview

Mango hotel is situated less than 5 km from Jantar Mantar. The hotel in Jaipur also offers a lounge and swimming pool. The hotel has 47 guestrooms offering amenities like a private bar counter and a home theatre to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The rooms also have an air-conditioner, desk and electronic magnetic keys for safety and security. It also features an attached bathroom equipped with modern bathroom fittings. Mango hotel has a modern fine dining restaurant and a well-stocked bar. The roof-top restaurant has mist flow system and infinity pool. The hotel in Jaipuralso maintains large banquet hall which can accommodate up to 500 delegates. Other guest amenities include: 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, breakfast services and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hotel is 5 km from the City Palace and 13 km from the Amer Fort. It is also 7 km from the Bais Godam Railway Station and 11 kilometers from the Jaipur International Airport. Hotel does not give Rooms on Local ID ( Hotel will not Make any refund to such guest carrying Local ID and asking for Rooms). Note: Swimming Pool will remain closed for maintenance till further notice.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
