    We stayed at this property on our short trip to Mandrem for 2 nights. The beautiful mandrem beach is at a walking distance from the property. The hotel is located in peaceful location but it needs renovation. The rooms, furniture and bathrooms need uplifting. There are few restaurants and bars nearby in case, u want to drink and have some food. Overall, a standard beach side property.... More

    Having been to Mandrem beach 4 times, our usual hotel was fully booked so had to book a room at Mandrem beach resort. Getting in at 5 am in the morning, to be sure to get a room to be able to rest, I had booked 2 rooms from the night before. When we arrived at 5am, the night security guy told us the rooms were not ready and that we had to wait for 30 minutes. He ran off to clean the rooms himself. 45 min later we got the rooms. He said we got AC rooms for "free". Rooms were not very clean.. When challenging the manager after some hours sleep, he told us that the rooms were indeed ready at 5 am, but that he didn't want to give us the non-AC rooms because AC rooms were better... even though we had booked the non-AC rooms. He then went on about that the night security guy had made a mistake and that the rooms were indeed ready for us. We paid full amount for the night, no compensation was given even when asked for. They also have "early check in" for 20 dollars which was not offered. Totally rude staff, not service minded, rooms are very worn down.. I've been to India 4 times before so I know what to expect, but this place is really to avoid.. ... More

    If you're looking for peace and quite well then this is the place for you....the grounds are well kept the rooms are basic but could use some updateing because most of the furnishing is old and some even broken...thank god there was air conditioning in the room the fan stopped working after a couple days of our two weeks there....... More

    Nicely located but oh so not worth it. Stay somewhere else!

    The room: old furniture, sheets were not properly washed, bath room is very worn down, the balcony was very nice with a great view of the ocean. One day the staircase outside my room was filled with old plates and left over food, probably the staff left it when cleaning. Fan and aircon working on either full speed or not at all. No internet! I didn't try the restaurant but it looked abandoned. When I arrived the staff had lost my reservation, but they found it again. Had booked for 4 nights, wanted to leave earlier due to the very unpleasant stay, but the manager didn't let me have the money back for the remaining days. I was offered another room where the fan was working properly. Compared to the bambu cottages at Mandrem beach this place is about four times as expensive, without any higher standard, except for the concrete walls.... More

    This place is so fine - I stayed at the beachviewing rooms, and can highly recommend these. I did not eat at the resort, as I had yoga classes in the neighbor resort. The place is situated ON the beach. Great people, good service and they friendly arranged pick up in airport. Will be back i 2015.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
