    I'm a return visitor to this fabulous B& B. Mala Bindra is an excellent hostess and you are made to feel very welcome in their comfortable home by the whole family! Private ensuite accommodation and best of all, Mala's delicious food! We were totally spoilt! Nothing was too much trouble and the family went out of their way to ensure we wanted nothing! Free WiFi and they can organise a safe professional driver, Kuldeep Sharma (sharmadriving.info) to show you the sights of Delhi!! So much better than staying in Hotel!     Staying with Mala and Gurpreet is like staying with your coolest aunt and uncle in New Delhi. My boyfriend and I stayed at Mala's b&b in september and they made us feel like part of their family. Mala and Gurpreet are so personable and interesting and perfect hosts, giving us the feeling of being right at home and none of the awkwardness that you may think you may feel staying at a stranger's home in Delhi. They gave us great advice on what we should do and arranged a reliable driver for us. Our favorite part of our entire trip was when they invited us to a dinner party they were hosting with their extended family (who were also awesome!) Not only was it really fun but we got a chance to eat a home cooked meal which was the best meal of our trip (even better than indian accent, we thought!). The most important thing to Mala and Gurpreet is your stay and they genuinely want you to have a great time. Thank you so much! we hope to see you again!... More

    I'm so glad I booked Mala's place for my first night in India. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location safe and quiet.     My mother and me stayed at mala bindras b&b and truly enjoyed our stay! The whole family is very kind and extremely helpful. They helped us organising drivers and suggested things to do and not to do in Delhi. They were very welcoming and interested in a cultural exchange. It was the perfect start for an India trip and I would recommend staying there to anyone going to Delhi. The meals were also always very delicious!... More

    My sister and I spent 3 nights in March at this B&B, including the night we arrived in Rajasthan from the south and also our last night in India. On our first night, we were meeting at the Delhi airport where Mala had a driver waiting. Unfortunately, my flight from Cochin was cancelled and I was unable to contact my sister, who was also in transit. Thankfully, we had Mala's contact info and she made sure my sister knew where I was and rescheduled our driver to meet the new flight. That was our first interaction with Mala and proved to be a prime example of the excellent service we received during our stay. Staying at this B&B, we felt very comfortable and at home. The food was excellent and the hospitality even better as members of the family took turns hosting us. The conversations were very interesting and informative - they are a lovely family. The personal touches like offering us a snack when we arrived between mealtimes and, of course, a cup of tea anytime, were very appreciated. Mala also arranged a driver to take us on a day tour and we were very happy with that tour. The accommodation is fairly basic but adequate - wifi was only available in the dining area and yes, we could hear the continuous sound of traffic but on the positive side, we were very close to the airport which was a huge plus to us....   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
