    third class hotel with cheat ..location is so much bad that instead u can live on platform ...drainage water near hotel ....latrine coming out on road ...narror street ...dirty smell ...slum area zopadpati... Most important-While checking out, the guy at the reception asked me to check the online payment receipt if I have got any mail from oyo. I checked and found nothing. He took my phone by saying he will connect my phone to wifi. I CAUGHT HIM RED HANDED WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO GIVE A 5 STAR RATING TO HIS HOTEL FROM oyo app ..and while i was taking my phone till then he gave 5 stars ...I argued why did he gave ...still he was Lying that he did not gave rating ....u can cheack cctv camera if i m wrong ....my booking id is OIFR7296 N best is never book rooms by oyo app because they will never respond to ur problems..i checked in at night 1 am while i reach hotel at 11 pm ...wasted my time for shifting process ...best part of oyo is they transfer thier call to their head ..n then put call on hold for 1 hour until u disconnect..shameless oyo ...my oyo case id is 22602305 ...they dont care for nothing and never trust on free breakfast because when u book it will show free breakfast after booking it will automatically disappear...spam oyo ...this msg should reach oyo owner Ritesh agarwal...     Overall - The worst place I have ever stayed. My checkin was denied by saying the price on which I had booked was too low even when this was a prepaid/confirmed booking from goibibo. My problem was resolved after goibibo called the reception, the entire process took 1 hour and we were waiting at reception this entire time after a 15 hours train journey. Location - (2/5) while the hotel is at walkable distance from NDLS, the road leading to it is filthy and not reachable by auto/taxi. This place is definately a no-go if you want to stay with family. Cleanliness - The room was nowhere close as shown in pictures. Everything starting from walls, aircon to bathroom were very dirty and visibly not cleaned for long time. I was worried while sleeping on the bed. Things like socket, wall covering were falling apart and even the wires were out and waiting for an accident. The lobby, lift and other areas were also dirty and covered with pan/gutka stains. My pictures tells the same story. Staff Behavior - Staff were of no help other than arguing during checkin. I had left my baggage for a day after checkout which was covered with pan/gutka stains when I collected it. The epic tale - While checking out, the guy at the reception asked me to check if I have got any mail from goibibo. I checked and found nothing. He took my phone by saying he will connect my phone to wifi. I CAUGHT HIM RED HANDED WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO GIVE A 5 STAR RATING TO HIS HOTEL FROM GOIBIBO APP.     I will not recommend this hotel. Hotel room and facility are worse.... Even hotel staffs behaviour are worse.... They dont have manners to talk with ladies... Even hotel head Mr.Anil talk so rudely with customers. They just value for money.but not customer satisfaction and facilities..... Neithet their Ac works nor taps of bathroom... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
