    The spaces they provide are really good, good houses in good condition, good furniture. Only the service is not that of a professional level. I do not like the way they forget to do some chores on a day then others on another days. However the people are good and there are different people in different aparments so I surely can not generalize. I was staying in another apartment of Magnus there the people were very professional and knew their work. In the current one..... ok.... You can consider staying with Magnus !! ... More

    Rooms were stinking with awful smell . Ceiling of the wall was in extreme bad shape. Washroom sink was broken , leakage in the bathroom and was not cleaned/maintained properly. Unfortunately , when I called the caretaker he showed me another room at 10:30 pm which was equally bad and caretaker also accepted that ac and tv were not working. Entire night I was awake as the room was in a very bad condition and not maintained at all. To my surprise , I found cockroaches also in the room and there was not even a proper lock for the room. I was even feeling unsafe in the society. Extremely disappointed and would suggest not to even think of booking this useless place.... More

    Visited in first week of July.. They took money for Royal AC 2 BHK Apartment & when we reached there, we were given Standard room.. A guy named Sachin Kobalkar confirmed our booking on mail.. On the day we arrived, the mangement said he is on leave & that Royal BHK was not available for those dates.. They refunded us some money after a lot of heated discussion without the Tax.. What pathetic rooms & services were given.. The WIFI was not working.. Not worth it.... More

    The place was amazing and the service given to us by the care taker of the house was also amazing. Apartment was clean and was well equipped. One glass and 2 chairs were broken and there was some noise in the water pipe throughout the night. Breakfast was good too. Rest everything was great. I would surely recommend this place for everyone.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
