    Bad experience!

    1. the photos shown is a new Bungalow they gave us a old one C4. 2. The bungalow is full of mosquitos.. no good nights provided in few rooms. 3. You will not get any privacy as the caretaker will dance all around the house finding his things and when there are ladies & kids changing in their respected rooms. 4. When we reached there nothing was provided .. was no water no towel.. we will called the management then they sent the caretaker. 5. The lights went on tripping till 2 am, and when the Ac stopped working we called the caretaker, he said “I can’t come, talk with the watchmen”.... More

    What I got on my bed! I stayed in Kalyani nagar, west view apt on 2nd floor. Room experience was bad. However, care taker has moved me to 5th floor. housekeeping service is very bad, I stayed there for 10 days and they haven’t changed bed sheet or towels or shampoo on their own.... More

    We had stayed for our business events, Did not spend much time but ya whatever time it was spent it was fun and relax. Their food was a little more expensive which I felt it was not worth other than food the service was good.     3rd class appartments with non customer centric approch. Sales people are terrible and lie mostly. Properties interiors are really bad. I stayed in koregaon Wellington mew appartment. Cons Washing machine, refrigerator, mixer-grinder, kitchen accesories, furniture all are very old in almost discarded condition. (May be bought from kabadi bazaar) Sales executive will lie most of the time. They will give kitchen but will not give containers , water bottles , proper cooking utensils. Not worth at all. Total waste of money. Don't have any etiquetes to deal with cooperates. ... More

    The spaces they provide are really good, good houses in good condition, good furniture. Only the service is not that of a professional level. I do not like the way they forget to do some chores on a day then others on another days. However the people are good and there are different people in different aparments so I surely can not generalize. I was staying in another apartment of Magnus there the people were very professional and knew their work. In the current one..... ok.... You can consider staying with Magnus !! ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
