    We stayed here for 3N4D and got a good deal of 3k/night but the resort was of a very avg kind. Below are some pros/cons for ur future trip plans- PROS------- 1. Good location- 8Kms from Mapusa where our bus dropped us. one can hire a bike from Mapusa and bring to this resort. 2. Places nearby- It is very near to the Baga beach, calingute beach, go karting, and some good restaurants. And this resort is on 1 of the fanciest, best roads in Goa, the road to calingute beach. 3. Swimming pool adds 1 thumps up here. CONS------ 1. No free drinking water after 1st day. 2. Swimming pool only at 3ft height. 3. Room ACs/ TV gives problems. 4. Restaurant number non functional. 5. Room delivery service from restaurant CHARGEABLE. 6. Insects/ frog in bathroom. 7. No drinking glasses even in room. 8. No breakfast-tea. 9. Restaurant opening not early than 8:30am. Overall, this resort to be chosen only for it's location and cheap deal if u can manage. ... More

    M N Resort features on all online sites with attractive pricing , Dont choose it . Apartment offered is not at all clean . Even Travel desk team is greedy . I Had a bad experience by charging extra for Scratches on Wagon R which was existing and I missed to inform them .... More

    With family visited on 18 and checked out on 21 may 17.this resort is built with great scenery but customer perspective completely hell. Rooms are large enough for big families.coming back to room service... No house keeping...broken chairs n sofas... Frequent power off that too in night... Customer service completely zero ...not recommend at all ... More

    We stayed long term at the resort.....the grounds are beautiful and the garden staff do a great job trying to keep it clean. The pool is beautiful but a shame there are two many male groups going and in it till very late at night.....never challenged. We found most of the staff very friendly and willing to help. Security have a hard job just organising the parking......not sure if that's the best job for them as, sometimes missed issues they should be dealing with. Overall the resort is worth a TRY I'm sure you'll enjoy it....... great and safe for families and the apartments are a very good size. The resort is situated in a nice quite area of Arpora with lots of good quality, good price, family friendly restaurants within walking distance. A 15 minute walk will get you to Baga and the nightlife!!!!!... More

    Long term stay at am& N. Resort

    We are Staying for 7 weeks 3rd Feb to 22 nd March all at M& N in a private large 2 bed on suite apartment , perfect inside with all we need, This is an apart Hotel any annoyance needs to be reported to the security who will deal with it immediately. Sunbea are provided by the owners and kept in their apartments when not used . The restaurant. Has top class stainless steel Units and is clean but staff DO not always speak English ( may appear rude ) Mosltly Hindu people are here , family's and singles stay, , if noisy and asked to be quite they apologise and conform. ( if not embarrassed ) . This is India not the UK , The pool today was spotless and. No one one in it ! The Grounds are looking tired and now need the monsoon For it to look it's best . All in all you get what you pay for private rooms rent for 1200 riups (. Studio ) to 3000 rips 2bed Per night . Will be back in November,... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 01 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
