    Modern and smart

    Very smart and modern in line with time well equipped hotel. We had smart room with automated doors and 2 rooms. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is in the airport (it took 5 minutes to walk there from arrival terminal). It provides great ready made but very qualitative meals. I guess that if you need a-la card menu probably it is there. So it is very nice option for people that want to stay at the airport. It is comfortable and modern. Actually in order to get to the city center it's very comfortable to go by train close to the hotel and during only 25-30 minutes in a nice train with wi-fi you are in the heart of Vienna.... More

    Trying Hard to be Cool, yet they are more nice than cool!

    NO PARKING in the hotel was the first thing, I paid 27 Euros in the public parking from about 6PM until 6AM; which made the point of staying here a bit mute. Great staff who do not take themselves to seriously, very friendly but the fake "what's up" on the phone was not welcoming at all. The rooms were small for the €118 price tag in my opinion, no phone in the room, no desk to speak of and no chair, just a sort of foot stool and just enough room to walk around the bed to get into it. No Ethernet plug in either. For an overnight at the airport sufficient, the lounge area was very cool but €3 for a cold old croissant was a bit silly. I was not impressed but also not put off, if I must stay at the Vienna airport, i would consider staying here again. Again, the staff was amazing!... More

    It's just a bit meh

    Trip advisor calls 3 out of 5 'average', and that is a perfect way to describe this establishment. I mean I don't think it's necessary to have such a unique hotel right near an airport. All sorts of people will be looking for accommodation near an airport and to tap into such a niche 'youthful' and 'hip' market just seems unnecessary. That being said I liked it, but traveling with my mother it proved an uncomfortable hotel experience - take for example the lift. It is awkward when you cram into a lift full of (only what i can describe as) provocative photos with 3 business people and your mother. But i mean... good on the designers... Check in at/near the bar. We arrived when some event was on and had absolutely no idea where to check in. Walked around the lobby come nightclub (music was so loud) for ages without a clue. But eventually found it and the staff were very friendly. It seemed to have adequate services and amenities and proved alright for a nights sleep for a 6am flight, despite the large price tag for an ordinary room... no minibar, no kettle, a tiny little desk (if you can call it that) and to top it off a wall sized image of a woman plastered in the hall to watch you as you sleep. Look maybe it was just timing but I don't really have a desire to return again. This establishment would work for the right sort of people in the right circumstances... but certainly not for all... and certainly inappropriate for an airport. ... More

    Going down hill...

    I stayed in this hotel 3x in 2018: In January, October and November. In January, it looked new, nice and clean with a fresh concept. You can buy food in the lobby or go to a near by Bill supermarket, hotel lobby has microwaves and clean dishes on the first floor. There is also a bar, gym and a business center. It was a really cool place to spend the last night in Europe. At the end of the year, when we came back, it was the same place, but something changed. The rooms smelled strange and they were not very clean. Things already started looking dingy. My husband made a comment: that this was set up as a "party" hotel and that is exactly what it become--including the after party smell and look.... More

    Friendly check in staff, very helpful in how to reach the City Centre. Ultra modern, very tastefully decorated and loved the led floor sensitive lights to illuminate the room at night. Felt that the breakfast was a bit expensive for what was offered. No cooked items. Very conveniently located to the airport with very clear directions to the hotel from the airport, and an underground access which was nice due to the January temperatures. ... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
