    An average but clean service apartments in medavakam. One word of caution is their policy is different for direct reservation guests and online reservation guests. Be sure call and double , triple check the check in and out timings and also mention online booking website name to confirm on their policy before making reservation. For me , I was told hotel check in/out policy is 24 hours but after check in at 8pm , I was told that check out is 12 pm for online reservation and I was billed additional charge for 5 hours extra stay. Otherwise the place is fine.... More

    Spacious rooms but limited amenities. Restaurant exists but limited choice. Not easy to get transport off the hotel. Wifi didnt work during my stay. Staff are courteous and helpful. A good place in a quiet neighborhood.... More

    I had a very early flight the next morning. The manager arranged for a car to pick me up to take me to the airport, and the taxi fee + tip I gave to the manager, I believe was less than I would have paid on my own. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk 1km into town to the main street, and there are several food options there. I don't recall the name of the biryani house I visited twice, but it is a two-story restaurant on the main road, and staff and management were very nice. They were open late, and the biryani was so, so good.... More

    Close to the airport. Took about 1/2 hour to get there. Not much selection on the menu or for the complimentary breakfast. Couldn't seem to get the hot water to work. Very helpful and nice staff. Nice area.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
