    I had stayed at this hotel quite a few times before and was quite satisfied with the hospitality. But my experience during my last stay was horrifying. The hotel has now been split into 3 separate hotels and the current owner of the Lord's Grey Hotel is extremely rude and impolite. I had specifically requested for a room on the topmost floor while making the reservation. On my arrival, I was offered a room on the 2nd floor with an excuse that this is the highest floor they have as the upper floors now belong to a different owner. On request for refund, the manager was extremely rude and said he cannot do anything. The staff is not at all trained to say the least as they entered our room even without knocking and then pretended as if he had mistaken it for another room. However, the room was decent but not enough to make up for the overall experience.... More

    No Hot water,No house keeping service,Request you to not to prefer this Hotel please.waste of money and time. We have faced below problems No hot water No house keeping 9 number is always ringing, 300 number is also ringing Car parking a big question and more big to take out of it. Lazy service.     Location of this hotel is good. Rooms are decent and spacious. Staff is ok. June is a peek season so rates were high. It is connected to mall road by hotel lift so you can try food in hotel or anywhere in mall road.... More

    Indecent Staff and Pathetic Hotel

    Don't even think about staying in the hotel. Its pathetic and the staff is more like a group of locals trying to run a hotel. Checked in at 11 in the night and asked for an extra bed. The staff gave us a mattress that eas made out of old sponges with a cover. The cover too was eaten up by rats. When we asked him to change he said we have only one. I told them I will post this on travel related websites, only then did he go and fetch a new one. Even for towels, they did the same thing. They left one towel and said we will have to wait until morning for two more. We shouted the hell out of the staff to get the rest. Wish I could rate in negative. I would give this place a negative -10.... More

    Never ever stay in this godforsaken hotel!!!

    The worst hotel that you can ever find. Extremely dingy rooms and passage, claustrophobia engulfs you the moment you enter the property. The courtesy, mannerism and hospitality are the last things that you should look for. The staff as well as the owner are equally uncouth. We had to check in as we were not left with any choice, no other hotels were available and we couldn't find a taxi to go back immediately. Somehow, we spent the night there and first thing in the morning we did was rush out of this hotel and find a recluse somewhere else. Overall the worst hotel experience...... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
