    Stayed here for two nights during the long weekend in June 2017 and it turned out to be the works experience ever. We had two rooms and we did check out a couple of other rooms to see if they were any better. While there's still some construction underway, the rooms where we stayed also appeared to be newly build. I don't know why the hotel is against ventilation. I didn't come across a single window that could allow fresh air into the room. Glassed frames overlooking the valley in such a nice weather appeared to irritating and imprisoning inside the rooms. Well everything inside the rooms was in real bad shape. Washrooms were stinking, commode flaps were broken-thankfully we had 2 rooms so that we could use one of the functional washrooms. We did have healthy company of insects and spiders everywhere. The staff (which was just one person manning the place with one helper) was very polite to turn down anything that you would ask for. When we asked for fresh towels on day two, the guy came and hanged our used towels outside our room and asked them to use the same once they dry out. It came to a point that we just wanted to exit without even complaining about the fact that there was water dripping from the roof right on the center of the bed. Thankfully, it rained only on the morning we had to leave. The food was manageable till it lasted with riders like Parantha eaters will only get curd and cannot ask for butter- don't be fooled by a breakfast/ dinner buffet pitch.     We went to shimla for a vacation booking this property from make my trip with family of two small children. but had a worst experience of a lifetime. the management photos on the website seemed the hotel reasonable. We were greeted by spiders and cockroaches in the bathroom and spent the whole night stark awake fearing insects climb up the bed to bite us. Attached photos. the flooring was wooden and nails were protruding out causing risk of injury to your feet specially children. Their was no security and lighting was dismal. We felt extreme mistake to book this hotel belied by the mangement photos on its websites. Management / owner of the hotel was not available to hear grievances and was least concerned (tried to contact on phone but spoke rudely). We checked out very next day though we had booking for three nights. Better to throw away your money than to spend on this property.... More

    worst experience ever your room mates will be spiders, flies etc and many other insects like. book with make my trip. never expect from them. and above all the owner was like a hitler and very rood better pay your money to baggier.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
