    I stayed here for 2 days. Rooms are not clean, bathroom are also not very good. Food are average but rates are very high. Roof top restaurant make noise very loud in night. Picks they showed in profile are not like that actually they are. Overall not a good choice for me.... More

    Very noisy and uninterested staff . There are phones situated on every floor that ring non stop and no one answers . We tried disconnecting the one near our room but someone reconnected it and it rang until well past midnight. At 7 am, the staff talked loudly calling each other from different floors. You can understand we had a very short and annoying night. The staff isn't nice and are totally uninterested in customers. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and looks nice.... More

    Not a quality place to stay

    This is located near new Delhi railway station. I booked from oyo for just 1100 for a night. However, hotel's condition is not same as what is shown in pics on tripadvisor as I follow before barging any place. In my opinion hotel has lost its grace with time. But the representative from the hotel on tripadvisor would say that it has been renovated and now condition is much better. All lies. Room's interior was average in appearance. Luckily bathroom was clean. While searching the almirah I found quilt improperly stacked in it. For online bookers I would like to suggest that kindly ask receptionist to switch on AC from his side otherwise they look for the opportunity that you might forget and they save some through it. Oyo provides complimentary check out till 1 p.m. next day. But receptionist started calling in room since 11 p.m. and at a stage he rudely asked us to come down.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
