    Very near to new Delhi station in main Bazar on road. Safe stay, nice rooms and good wifi, I like the rooftop reaturant and the food was really yummy and Fresh. Staff is very helpful I can recommend this hotel for all people who visit Delhi regular basis... More

    Dirty sheets, noisy, a rat and a scam!!! I stayed at this hotel when I first came to Delhi on 11-13 Jan 2018. The price for the single room was 600 per night. The room was incredibly small, cold and the bed sheets were dirty. The staff, however, seemed nice and friendly. After my trip to some parts of India I returned there for two days before my departure home (3-4 February). I did so not because I loved the place very much, but because I arrived in Delhi late at night with a heavy bag and didn’t want to search anything new. The personnel recognized me, were very friendly, I negotiated the price from 600 a night to 500. They agreed and gave me a bigger room. By the way, the sheets were dirty there as well, but on the whole the room was a bit better. I paid 1000 rupees but just before I had to leave for the airport the manager said I had to pay one thousand more as I stayed in a better room (double room). This was not how we arranged things. I was traveling alone the whole month and didn’t need or didn’t ask for a double room. Moreover, the day I came the manager wrote the sum ‘500’ hundred on the paper. So, they insisted that I should pay twice as much! I refused saying that it was not how we arranged it and that I had no money left. Someone called me, tried to persuade me, as the manager didn’t speak English very well. When I said I didn’t have a thousand more they asked - how much do you have? That showed to me that it wasn’t just a misunderstanding but a scam! I would recommend to stay away of this place. In addition to that just before I left I noticed a rat on the ground floor. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
