We stayed at this resort for 2 nights and it was a very comfortable stay for us.
We stayed in the luxury sea view room.. the room was clean and comfortable except for just one drawback... The ceiling is too low in that room.. so much so that if you raise your hand and the ceiling fan is on, there are chances of getting injured.
They serve a good breakfast buffet.
The pool area is good too.
Overall nice resort. 😊

We stayed 3 nights here. Great location with Colva beach view from resort garden/restaurant. Try to get a beach view room - we only got a garden view room (though actually we could only see the solar heater tank from our window).
I love Colva beach compared to the north Goa beaches which resemble a poultry farm with its crowds.
Don't miss sunsets at the beach... absolutely brilliant. Check sunset timing online.
Complimentary breakfast was just ok - not much/good quality Indian variety. Resort is very popular with Russian tourists. More Russian tan Indian guests and Karaoke with dinner had more Russian singers than Indian!
Lunch and dinner were good for local Goan cuisine. Gate to the beach closed at 730pm - remember that when you go out in the evening to the beach.
All in all a good stay though in-season prices always seem high.

Visited This resort with my wife and 4yr old kid in first week of December. If you are planning for a no frills Goa trip for leisure and relaxation in laps of nature, relishing Sea shore, this is the place for you.
Fabulous location- You can feel the Sea right from waking up to sleeping. Colva beach is less crowded in comparison to other beaches. It's an eternal feeling to lie near shacks with beer and snacks. Hotel beach is 500 m from Colva beach giving you needed privacy along with access to larger beach.
Colva market is at walking distance from hotel. Colva market is not as bustling as calangute but you can get all you require there with a lot of good restaurants.
As I told u its a no frills Hotel. Hotel fulfill all basic service requirement.
Commenting on some of earlier reviews 1)Rooms:Rooms are neither too big nor small enough for couple and one children.
2) Fishy smell : In morning you will get this peculiar smell for some time but it's not at all prominent. I too noticed it as I ve read it in my earlier reviews
3) Service in Hotel: Staff is courteous and helpful.
4) Food: Again Food is good and tasty but menu options are limited.
5) Access to beach: there is one direct gate which provide access to beach but it's closed at 7.30 pm on pretext of security. I find it's supercilious. Gate can be kept open for at least 10Pm. Other ways are available to reach Hotel but I do not find reason to close this gate at 7.30.
Over all good place to stay if you are in Goa to relax and enjoy beach.
Remember all North or old Goa destination like Aguda fort calangute Baga are 1.5 hours away from here although Scooty and bikes are available on rent quite easily

The hotel is located right on colva beach . Really pleasant staff and decent food . The breakfast spread is decent too . Walking distance from the main colva beach junction. The rooms are good, nothing to complain for the duration of 2 nights of my stay here .

The hotel is right on the beach! and if you take the beach facing rooms, you can enjoy the sea view throughout. Rooms are good, staff courteous. The food is a bit higher priced, but if are willing to walk a bit, the area has other good restaurants. The hotel is around 10 mins of walk along the beach, from the main Colva entrance which has proper dining and shopping. Had a good stay there!
