Had a fun packed stay
on Nov 15, 2019
We were a group of 40 friends who stayed in the resort fo our renon. The location of the resort is very comfortable. The luxury Rooms were very well maintained and had all the facilities. The staffs were very helpful. I would like to specially mention about the manager Mr Raj Kumar Paul, he had taken care of all our needs even before we reached the resort and had called up to confirm the same. He was extremely courteous and very efficient. He took care of every small details so that our stay is very comfortable. The food srved was very satisfactory too. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Thanks Mr Raj for the care and service you have given us.
Family get together in Goa
on Nov 3, 2019
We stayed for two nights in Goa- 45 of us. it was a family get together. The location is fantastic- just off an uncrowded beach. Rooms are spacious. People at the reception are very nice. They accommodated all our demands with a smile. Muzammil was particularly helpful. The food was good. But there is need to train people well. even before you make a request, the response from most people in the hotel and the restaurant is " it will be charged extra"!!! guests should be made to feel like guests and not like criminals out to cheat the hotel. I see many people have added similar comments. Management needs to take this seriously. Running a resort is "Hospitality industry"!! And you can't charge for water- if you don't want to provide additional bottles, make provision for drinking water dispensers on the corridors. and the insistence on full payment before checking in is not justified.
A Resort dear to us
on Oct 31, 2019
We first visited Longuinhos in the year 2002 and immediately fell in love with the place. Since the we have been coming here every year and sometimes Twice or thrice a year.
Longuinhos has come a long way from what it was and has gradually improved to a level which makes it to an upmarket resort. The landscaping has upped the ambience and could well qualify as a boutique hotel.
There are few things they need to do though and I am going to suggest them here. The lighting in the rooms has to be brighter, or at least have a brighter option. The bathrooms are the key , as they are small as built, they have to be brilliantly lit. Adequate new and fresh towels need to be provided as also napkins etc. A resort must have a turndown service where towels are refreshed in the evening. The music at the pool should remain on through the day. At least 10 hangers need to be provided in the room.
One last problem for which I don’t see an easy solution are the flies, although I must say there is a marked improvement.
Having said all this, the resort has great memories for us. The access to the beach was the first thing that attracted us to the resort and still remains the most attractive feature.
We wish Longuinhos the best and look forward to spending great times in the future.

I never ever write bad reviews but this time I am, as I don’t want someone else to suffer the way we did.
Let me start with good points: the staff is excellent. No complaints with regards to the staff.
Mr Melvin and Manuel (not too sure of the name if it’s Manuel or Emanuel) and the guys in the picture. Mr Ranjan, Mr Rajkumar and Me Clerence are really helpful.
They will always greet you with a smile and if you have any queries or any problem they are always there for you.
The luxury rooms are nice, the view is great. However they do have to work a lot with regards to hygiene.
Cons: the room key is a big issue here. It never works. Every time u have to ask someone to fix ur room key or they have to manually open it.
At night around 1030 pm the kitchen closes. If you need drinking water they will clearly say no or would ask you to give them an empty bottle and they will fill it up for you.
Which hotel does that? Even if you are willing to pay they would straight away deny.
Like I said the kitchen closes at 1030 pm and if you happen to order something from out (coz a lot of us eat food late, or you not hungry). So if you ask them to atleast provide a plate or just the cutlery they would straight away deny you. So basically you have to eat with your hand.
Good luck If you don’t have a cutlery.
There way too many stains on the corner of the beds and when their rooms aren’t occupied for a long time there is a weird smell in the wardrobes.
If you are a group and planning any ceremony there, good luck to you. Becoz before the event the owner / manager don’t know who she is Ms Morzenia. She will personally call you and irritate the hell out of you to pay full payment, even if you have given her an advance.
She is very very rude and impolite.
If you book rooms in bulk even in a 5 star property they wouldn’t bother you for full payment every single day.
She would go to an extent to tell you if you don’t pay full amount I am realizing the rooms. Imagine you have booked in bulk and then every day she keeps calling you for money. Lady you need to relax and understand that you can’t be rude to your clients specially when they are talking to you nicely.
Later even after paying 75% she wouldn’t give up. We had concerns related to hygiene and we wanted specific rooms. We were like 25% two days before the event we shall pay you. What if you don’t deliver things you promised to us.
Ms Morzenia treat your guest nicely and if you are the owner have some decency to come and meet and greet your clients when they are just two steps away from you, while we were blocking the dates and the rooms. She was right there and never ever came to even say a hello. But for money she would call and yell at you as if she is doing us a favour or giving rooms for free.
You are lucky to have good staff and chef and location otherwise guys be careful specially if you planning something and if it happens to be your special day.
5 stars only for the staff and the view.
So if you are booking rooms online you are lucky you don’t have to deal with Ms Morzenia but if it’s booking rooms in bulk and she is involved good luck.
May be after my review she might understand and learn how to treat her clients.

I feel that I paid too much for this hotel via a site (Cleartrip). The hotel's photo's didn't really match the experience. I think it would have been cheaper to book direct, then it might have been good value.
First thing to note is that the hotel is right next to (and downwind of) the dried fish market. The smell is overpowering.
The hotel in general is quite shabby and although a number of rooms have been renovated it is to a low standard. That said the room was comfortable and clean, with a sea view.
Overall I'd consider price point. If you aren't paying too much then the hotel is above a guest house. If you are paying just below the going rate thinking you've got a deal, you'll be disappointed because it isn't a great standard.
Staff were very friendly. No complaints.
There is a lovely beach bar left of the hotel called boomerang. Give that a go if there.
