Room was cleanish. Toilet was completely blocked so much so that every time we flushed the toilet a horrible stench filled the room and a horrible colour filled the toilet bowl. Not much to do around this hotel, within walking distance from the beach but that’s about it.

I Let’s start with the pros
It is well located and has been designed well... very good use of the space specially since it’s not a very big property
We arrived on the 16th and the first thing we noticed they didn’t even have parking and we were made to park on the road . We were promptly checked in and shown our rooms ... the room though small was clean and the washroom too was clean but lacked amenities.
The breakfast which was paid for with the rooms was quite surprising. They should have mentioned that it was a limited breakfast. Since not only they had a handful of things available but things like cheese in our omelette were a luxury and we were asked to pay extra for it.. The only tea they served was hot water with a tea bag and milk on the side and a fresh cooked cuppa was again extra. There was a total of 5 to 6 items including bread ... I am sure they could do a lot more to improve the breakfast experience
The Housekeeping too seems outsourced since they kept coming and asking if they could do the room and later the reception called to let us know they are available only till 4 ...so make sure to plan everything around their schedule.
We asked for a plate and a knife to cut some lemons for our drinks and were told that outside food is not allowed and we need to order something from the hotel to get a plate ... we didn’t care since we did have plans to order in that day but to our surprise the kitchen closed at 10PM and we had no in room dining or plates available.
We asked for glasses and they were kind enough to point out that we have two glasses in the room already which meant we had to first return two glasses and then get two fresh ones and the same goes for the towel ... this was worst than a hostel since they obviously don’t get what hospitality is or don’t care.
But what really got to me after all this is that on my last day I had a friend who lived to Goa and he came in to see me but on arrival his ID was taken and was given 15 minutes to exit the hotel ... Seriously!! We didn’t party, didn’t play music or TV throughout our stay and were generally there only to sleep
The only reason we ended up staying here since we were in Vagator to attend Rider Mania and this property was close .. I have stayed in many properties in Goa and have never faced so many issues in one stay so I do not recommend this place ..there are many good alternatives in Vagator which I will exercise the next time round.... We visited the Living Room for a one week stay. The hotel is nice and clean considering how dusty India seems to be. Cecilia and her team couldn’t do enough for us. We had a driver organised for us when we decided to go on a trip, the bar and waiting staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. When my wife was ill a rock salt and lime drink was sent up to the room immediately! We were on bed and breakfast and the food was fine. Some of the dishes were not to my taste but there was always a fresh omelette on offer or toast and cereal.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ... More
Front Desk Lady was Horribly Rude - Avoid her at all costs!
on Nov 13, 2017
Went for a weekend getaway with friends for two nights… the hotel was ok ( but not worth the price charged )
What was really disappointing was the behavior of the front desk lady – ophillia. She was rude, arrogant and to some extent openly berating the guests
I was shocked at how she could speak like this with guests on even being asked a simple questions. She made one feel like she was doing us a favour by staying here
What surprises me more is the fact that I see many guests giving the same feedback about her in the reviews here - but she is still a front desk person.
It really creates a negative atmosphere ( not what you want in a holiday to say the least ) – not sure why the owners tolerate such behavior... More
Clean and friendly staff!

I arrived at the hotel 6am, was in my bed by 6:05am. The gentleman who checked me in was waiting for my arrival, understood I’ve been traveling almost 14hrs. Got me into the room very quick showed me how to use all the equipment inside the room. I ask for a taxi for a set time and was ready for me at that time. Taxi driver called Rattna a very kind polite and honest gentleman you will ever meet. His prices are very good and his driving even better. Most taxi drivers out there drive like maniacs who have no value for life. but this gentleman drove with calmness. Back to the hotel it self. All the staff working there are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. Pool area is good. Location of hotel is good outside the hotel is a Punjabi restaurant with the most amazing food which I ate there afternoon and evenings everyday. Overall good location to Vagator beach 7mins by taxi and walking would take 15-20mins. I would stay here again. 100% value for money. ... More
