    we travel roundabout more than 200 days in Year through the world. we have not seen such type of a Hotel we stay some time 2 stars hotels too this is not a hotel for the person to live how the get a permission we don´t no.the rooms are in such in a condition that we do not even take a complimentary breakfast may be getting sick after that. we booked 3 nights and we check after one whole the night we did not sleep hammering traffic too loud air-condition make a smell shower not work.The toilet seat was dirty . in the Room was only one towel we request to give us another towel we got the Dirty one. Room was wet.Bathroom Door is wet the Wood is Broken On the Reception we show the Picture to one Man. He was so arrogant that only interesting the Money nothing else . we want to inform to the other guest about this Hotel as we got so much information about other Hotels thanks to Trip advisor otherwise we as a tourist no other chance. near to this Hotel lot of Good Hotel, They may cost to you 8 Euro more per Night but You enjoy not Spoiled Your Holiday... More

    So we arrived at the hotel and we had our booking and payment confirmation forms and the hotel said it is not affiliated with agoda or tripadvisor.... saying that they were scammers and Hotel liv inn only accept bookings through their site and another one. They wouldn't let us and when I was asking why they were on tripadvisor and accepting bookings they wouldn't give me an answer. We are now in the process off trying to get our money back I have seen they have replied to other reviews on tripadvisor but why are they replying if they are not affiliated and these are the scammers? But also they wouldn't even ask for my name just said no booking the second they saw the top of the Agoda print out. All in all a very bad experience wouldnt recommend.... More

    Was traveling from Delhi to Patna and my train were postponed due to some reason, I was recommended this hotel by my very close friend, When I reached to the hotel was amazing experience people were ready to receive me with lot of smile on their face, I was staying room no. 202 which was front view of the main road but completely sound proof which really helped me to relax , the best part was the hotel service and location , you can easily excess wherever you want to go or whatever you want to buy.....     It's on a prime prime location of naraina, full of amenities. Rooms are spacious n affordable. All food joints nearby if you want to explore. Domino's is on ground floor right opposite is bikanerwala, pvr cinema is at walking distance. Just next to bus stop. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
