    Located in Dona Paula inside a residential area, Ginger by IHCL is a very good hotel with all modern amenities. Rooms are big, the executive room has a peculiar roof top spaceous balcony which you can access from the room through a stair case... The balcony can be used as a private party place.. room has integrated lighting and AC system, specious bathroom with walking closet... The restaurant is on ground floor and food were perticularly awesome for my taste.. small but useful clean swimming pool... helpful staffs.. overall great stay... Only drawback is that it has no access to the near by vainguinim beach...to reach the beach it takes 20min through sandlood hotel road which is downhill and returning will be tedious by foot.... More

    We stayed at this Hotel for short 2 day vacation. Rooms are neat and clean. Service is excellent and staff is very courteous. Had chosen room with breakfast option and there were plenty of options for the breakfast. Restaurant is also good and serves tasty food. Overall it was nice and Pleasant stay.... More

    Good hotel with very courteous staff. Dona Paula being a secluded area transportation is a problem. Not too many good eateries around. Nearest one is Yellow Chilli. Others are not good. The surroundings get very quiet in the evening. Though beach is right behind, the nearer resorts have completely made the beach inaccessible. You will have to walk quite a circuitous path. The 3 storeyed hotel has no lift. Food inside is pretty average. Otherwise a good place.... More

    Hi Team Ginger, I Want to thank u from Dept of my heart for such a great hospitality. Starting from the point of booking to the end Firstly when I booked Sameet called up and confirmed all details and he gave me contact details of there Travel Desk Mr. Suresh he looked after our arrival & departure with his 5star services The room we got had much more things than shown in picture A perfect romantic room♥️ Sameek and nikhil always treat you with smile and always ready to help and there both managers look after for ur each and every comfort There buffet breakfast is just a awesome kickstart to ur day with a lot of options they also customised items for us on demand Arif and other person at restaurant are so much courteous they always serve with whole heart & respect , 7star for them for there service I also want to address a matter which shows there honesty One day my wife left her bracelet at room openly (not in safe) when we return the bracelet was place exactly at that place where she left openly there house keeping team is very innocent & honest Team Ginger at Dona Paula is just awesome, courteous, loyal, honest, caring, helpful Not a single moment they left us feeling that we are guest , they treated us like there family member On our last day me and my wife was in tears we don't wanted to leave as team Ginger Dona Paula made our vacation just perfect can say above perfect They also arranged special seating arrangement in balcony on our request Each and every member of team Ginger Dona Paula goes out of there way to make u feel comfortable Thanks both managers,Sameet,nikhil, Arif and each and every member of team ginger Dona Paula Some people say they don't havre parking they have ample open space in front of gate and they have 24 hrs security guard and CCTV available there Pros- 1- location 2- food 3- hospitality 4- availability of resources near by 5- perfect room Cons- Not at all Area of improvisation & 1- fitness center required 2- making swimming pool with some privacy (can cover glass which give look of pool from reception & seating area) Will surely come back soon ,thanks From Rohit & Mansi Room no. 109...     This is a very good place to stay. The food is also delicious. Would recommend everyone any time. The location is very calm and good. There is no lift which is one flaw. The checkin time is also at 2pm so better choose this if you are reaching in the afternoon.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
