Amazing trip, Helpful staff & On The Beach!
on Mar 24, 2019
Situated right on the beach, and the centre of town is 1-2 minute walk. Restaurants and bars surrounding but as the guesthouse is further back you cannot hear noise from the town which is perfect!
Very friendly owners and was very helpful with directions/advice on where to go and see.
We went to Dudhsagar Falls (definitely a must see).
The guesthouse was clean and had everything you needed including fridge.
I had a great stay in Goa.
Great place to stay

3 nights at this lovely Hide Out is still not enough. Right across the beach. Close to bus/taxi stand. Yet away from the bustle of crowds. A splendid, well maintained property. AC rooms. Peaceful. Lorena and Francis most gracious hosts. Most helpful in guidance. Francis even offered his 2 wheeler if I had a licence. And they gave me a fab discount. My special regards to this lovely couple. I am rather sure I will stay again, especially if I fly out of Goa.
Location and service can't be beat!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids age 10 and 12). We stayed in the room with balcony for 3 nights for a brief vacation in Goa. The place earned our highest recommendation. Here are the highlights.
- Location: Perfect
The site is across the street from a very nice beach. There are a number of decent places to eat around there. It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. We actually took a local bus to the airport, but we would recommend hiring a car if you have a lot of luggage. It is also within a short drive of train stations (Vasco Da Gama, Dabolim).
From this location, besides enjoying the nice beach, we hired a car for a day and saw Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, Basilica of Bom Jesus, the Archaeological Museum, and the Arguada Fort. On another day, we took a train to Colem, where we visited an elephant resort and hired a guide for a hike in the rainforest. The famous Dudhsagar Falls are also reachable in a same day hike, but that would have been too hard for us with children during the monsoon.
- Room: Perfect
The room was cozy, well maintained, and with a nice view of the beach.
- Service: Awesome
The hotel management was available and very helpful at all times and went above and beyond all possible expectations in that regard.
