    We booked almost 35 rooms together and marvelous arrangements done by Lemon tree team. Starting from the airport pick up bus arrangements very smooth thanks to the airport team rishi and Vijay for your active assistance. Hotel entrance baggage handling and check in was smooth....not even a single waiting....very well organised...thanks to bell desk team and front desk team rohan, Vinay and rima for handling us on arrival. Dinner buffet was very well organised and no waiting there as well....delicious food and impeccable service by restaurant people prince, Sandeep and Amit. Thank you people you made us comfortable at every step. Lastly a big thanks to the organiser with folded hands Mr. Rohit bhandari front office manager who handled our each and every request before our arrival and made sure everything is good. My sincere thanks to the house keeping team also who were at service on the floor through out the time. Will surely spread out the experience across London and Birmingham We really loved it.     Beware credit card transaction

    The room were average but the food was very good hence the one two star. However, beware to those who use a foreign credit card. Although I specifically asked 3 separate times to be charged in local currency I was 3 times charged a high cost conversion rate; this after even noting this on the receipt. Furthermore, after contacting customer service and sending an email they still haven’t rectified the problem. Not good business practice.. ... More

There are 280 stylish rooms and suites which are categorized into Superior room, Deluxe room, Executive Suite and Duplex Suite. The hotel has a total of 66 rooms with twin beds. Each room comes fitted with 20 mbps WiFi, laptop compatible safe and rain showers in the bathroom. Guests can travel the world with their taste-buds at Citrus Cafe. This bright and inviting 24x7 multi-cuisine coffee shop serves Indian, European, American and Pan-Asian cuisines. Guests can also have a spirited night-out at Slounge which boasts of playstation. Take a culinary ride with 'Republic of Noodles' serving best street food from Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Indonesia and Myanmar. The hotel also maintains conference facilities at Tangerine, the 1268 sq ft room with high speed internet connection and Wi-Fi connectivity. There is also a 249 sq ft in size boardroom which is suitable for small meetings. Note: Pan Card will not be acceptable as ID proof to check into the hotel.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
