    The Hotel is just good for spending the night, as it is almost a crime if you are not by the sea or sightseeing during the day and evening. However, that is not the only reason for this suggestion about hotel, it is also because, the hotel doesn't offer you much (But this is what you get in the peak season and the price they charge). There is a bowl of a swimming pool in the name of recreation. There is no play area for kids as well. The rooms are small but well serviced and clean. The staff is also courteous and prompt and they are very professional in the terms of guidelines to be followed while staying in Hotel. The variety in breakfast is limited. However, on order they do prepare a nice fare. The best part is the location, as a small alley just opposite the road leads to the beach (midway between calangute and candolim) which is about 600 metre distance. The patth has number of eateries on both the sides, serving the continental and goan cuisine. WE stayed here for six nights but didn't mind the lack of luxury and amenities as for miost of the day and evening and early night we were not in the Hotel. So you can stay here, if you are going to use hotel only for spending the night. But if you are going to stay in the Hotel the entire day, there is not much this hotel offers.... More

    This is one of the best place to stay near condolim beach. Beach is just 600m from this resort. Staff are very helpful and active. Room are small but very maintained with private balcony. There is also swimming pool, small but well maintained. Everything is good from check in to check out.... More

    It doesn't feels like you are a staying in hotel here. Feels like boys hostel. So strict rules. Outside food not allowed in the room. Can't even take a cold drink from outside. Guest's not allowed in the room. Charged for toothbrush too. ... More

    Very nice place for family and friends. Especially for family with kids. Stayed 4 nights. Rooms were comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are friendly. Restaurant service is excellent. Swimming pool is clean. Every thing is superb. This was our second visit to the resort and we are happy with the hospitality and service.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 01 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
