Was there here for a night as i had work in business areas of pune. I dont know maybe some renovation is going on or something as the service wasnt that good and utilities were not on mark. Off season doesnt mean you can not service.

We reached the hotel in morning in mid August 2017 and completed all formal procedure including documentation. However we did not check into hotel as they had unusually high price for early check in. We left our luggage there and went for our day long trip.
When we returned to the hotel in evening around 6PM, we checked into rooms. However:
- Room service was too slow. We got drinking water ourselves. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get shower kit.
- On requesting for lock key / access card they refused saying that their system is faulty and asked us to inform every time we want to open/unlock hotel room doors. How could one stay like this? My cousin sister and nephew felt insecure and could not sleep in night! We too were uncomfortable.
- On checking about restaurant with a-la cart option, they confirmed availability. Reaching to restaurant they turned around!
- On next day, the breakfast was also not available in ample quantity. They took 45 minutes to provide some more stale stock!

When I entered the hotel, it was dirty and bones were fallen in the staircase. The room was unhygienic and uncleaned. AC water was coming in the room. The pillow as wet and cocroches were roaming around in the room. I asked the manager to change the room but he denied and then I had to fight with him. After sitting 1 hour outside, he was given me another room but the condition of other room was almost same.The breakfast was also not good, they were charging 120 INR for one omelet. After paying huge amount, it is very difficult that they were charging for a omelet. They even not provided separate key for the room, when I was going out and coming, everytime I had to ask to open the room. Please don't book room in this hotel. trust me it will be worst experience for you and spoil your trip.
Worth The While Or Not?

After paying Rs 2600/- at a 4 star hotel you don't expect the best of services but atleast it should be satisfactory right? My experience at Le Royale wasn't one of the best but it was okish I can say. I often travel to Hinjewadi for work. In pictures the place looked really good but it was a different story after I checked in. The front desk staff was really polite and helped with my luggage and other formalities but after that like the mask fell off or something. After going into my room I called the reception for hot water, firstly they didn't answer to my calls and after finally picking up he tells me to call the room service and doesn't even wait for me to reply before disconnecting the call. I feel that was too much. I searched for the menu card called the room service and trust me it was the slowest room service I have experience until now. After 6 calls and a time period of an hour he got me hot drinking water. Later I went downstairs and enquired about the snooker and billards table. Too my surprise he curtly replied that all of that was removed from the hotel now. how can you still have them in your amenities and pictures I asked them and he shamelessly just shook his head. That was so rude. Even the swimming pool was really small nd not so clean. The room had the smallet TV on earth I think and overall it was a NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Suitable for Short Visit

Hotel Rooms are spacious one but maintenance of equipment is questionable part.
This hotel is suitable for begining of career or economical customer.
Food is spacy one and usually breakfast is good quality and Dinner need to think.
