    Hi stayed in this place for two nights. As a summary. Good points - Greats facilities. Great food Food and bar staff where 100% (these people made it) Bad points - Front of house staff where not that help full - example “can I print off a flight ticket”, the answer I got was the person behind reception pointed to a office. Very slow service - arrived around 21.00. When we booked we asked for a 2nd bed for our Son, on arrival we where told it would be there in 5 min. Well five calls later and 4 hrs it arrived..... More

    Not a good experience, poor service

    I provide this review as a warning to your users. We reserved a grand suite and a triple for our kids. We arrived from the airport at 530 am and they insisted on charging us full price for an extra night because of the early arrival even though we had notified them in advance of our early check in need. At this point we were stuck and had no options since we had gotten the non cancel reservation. I begrudgingly agreed since we were exhausted from the trip and did not want to start our vacation out on a sour note for Christmas Eve. They offered to compensate us by allowing our kids to use the club room, then when we went there for tea would not let our kids in claiming they had not offered this minor perk. They claimed our comp had been for breakfast but this was a lie since we already had the breakfast plan in our reservation. I went down and complained to the desk and they finally allowed them in. Very rude. They gave us rooms that reeked of cigarette smoke which we did not like and they would not switch us out claiming the hotel was full. We later learned from friends who met us and also stayed there that rooms were available on the higher floors which they received because they had Starwood status. Our suite had several broken switches and stains in the bathroom. Only 1half roll of toilet paper with no replacements. The extra bed they provided in the triple was hard as a rock. No joke. Very unprofessional staff. I am so pissed at this place. When we return to Delhi we are going to be staying at the Claridge. For others wanting to stay at this location the Shangri La is right next door and seems nicer. Be aware the city is VERY SMOKEY. ... More

    A perfect Stay with a bit of stuffy lobby !

    Me and my whole family have been staying in this hotel since 1988 and we love it here. People, food, location and amenities have been perfect for us ever since. Lobby smells a bit stuffy maybe its lacking fresh air or ventilation that missed 5 stars but I still don't mind it too much :)... More

    Got upgraded to a very nice suite. Service is impeccable.. Mahender I’m the business center took care of me In making sure that some items left at another hotel were shipped to me. He is wonderful!! All staff is great. Breakfast on the first floor is good, but I’ve had better. All in all, excellent stay. Would recommend to anyone in Delhi. ... More

    A merry evening with a Christmassy atmosphere at THE ONE . excellent personal service by Mr. Danish and Sumit Sharma .Loved the food and decor. Le Meridien, a luxury hotel in New Delhi is situated two km from Rashtrapati Bhawan, the home of the President of India and the commercial hub of Connaught Place. City centric, the hotel is set amidst the most alluring shopping and entertainment districts in New Delhi. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
