    This is worst hotel where i have ever stayed, most of the hotels in the area are of same standard, no room service, no generator backup, you will boil in summer. Rooms are too small, this hotel is good if just want to take bath and leave otherwise,bed sheet was not clean, towels were used. not good to stay.... More

    The auto driver took me there it is not on the main road but the rooms and room service is ok . Stayed there for three days didn't have any problems as I got there only at night to sleep otherwise I was at my work. Food price , quality,and quantity were good not overwhelming but ok... More

    We arrived from Katra early morning by train and were looking for a place to freshen up before our onward flight in the evening. We wanted to cover a quick tourist spot while in delhi so we wanted a cheap but decent place to stay. May be something in the range of 1000 bucks. My first mistake was to listen to the auto driver who said he will show us a place which suits our requirement. He took us to this hotel which did not look like a hotel in the first place. The entrance is like that of an apartment building. The hotel s situated inside an alley some distance from the main road. When we told the reception that we were looking for a place within 1000 rs, he and another person sitting closeby on a couch told us to see the room first. After seeing the offer he told us the room rate i.e. 2595/-. I told him its better we move to the airport and stay there till our flight time rarher than spend so much. Then he said he will show us a cheaper room on the third floor. Room was ok but the toilet was very dirty. My second mistake was not checking TripAdvisor reviews for the place before finalising. Manager then told us the rate i.e. 1700/- all inclusive. Seeing that we wont be spending couple more hundreda more than 1000, he offered us the rate of 1200/- all inclusive. (Those were his exact word). Since the room looked good enough, we took up the place. He then asked me to pay 1500/- off which 300/- was security deposit. Even gave me a receipt for that. My third mistake was not asking him to give me in writing that 300 would be refunded. On the receipt they had smartly mentioned that room rate is 1200/- and total paid 1500/-. Nothing else. We freshened up and ordered breakfast which was ok-ish. Then we went for a quick sight seeing tour as was the plan. On our return, there was a new guy on the reception. And on check out he told us that we need to pay more for the breakfast we had taken. When i told him i have already paid 300 as deposit, he said that was the tax on the room rate. When we asked him to check with the person who was present in the morning, he called him on the phone and handed the phone to me. I tried to reason out saying that it was he who had told me the rate was all inclusive. He said it was the final rate offered but the tax is always extra. I reminded him that we were ready to go to airport rather than spending more than 1000-1200, it was they who pleaded us to take the room. He responded rudely that he did not do me any favour by giving me the room. And i should have left the hotel if i did not want to spend money. So much for customer service. Anyway, since it was long tiring day and we were late for the airport, i paid up the balance and left from there. Overall, the hotel is not worth your money. But they even try to extract more from you by cheating. Stay away from the place. P.S. As we found out later, The room rate on MakeMyTrip for the same hotel showed the rate as 1200/- and not 2695/- as they showed us. ... More

    Hotel très très moyen, on y a été en juin 2011 Après la reservation l'hôtel me contact pour venir nous chercher à l'aéroport de Delhi pour un tarif correct (500 rp) Une personne était là à l'heure, mais avec une petite voiture qui n'avait pas de coffre (occupé par la roue de secours). Arrivé à l'hôtel, l'accueil était correct et la personne nous donne la chambre assez rapidemment, ensuite on découvre la chambre TRES SALE, surtout la salle de bains, et les draps du lit crade. En ce qui concerne, la climatisation, elle fonctionnait mais assez bruyante. Petite anecdote amusante, le jour de notre arrivé, vers 23H, un mec frappe à la porte pour nous proposer de faire le ménage. En ce qui concerne le service de chambre, il était correct, mais quand nous commandons 2 plats différents on était servi en décalé (typique en inde), parfois de 10 à 20 min. Sinon, niveau localisation, il est assez bien placé, pas trop loin de la gare, et sur un axe important, donc assez facile de trouver un rickshaw.... More
