    It should be last choice, if you cannot manage booking in other hotels. It is a house in a society, which is converted to a hotel. Far away from the main attractions and city. There is no restaurant. If you order they will arrange. But the food quality is very bad and they charge very high. Not value for money.... More

    Niggles first.There's always something to irritate you. NO FREE WIFI ! Why? Even hostels provide this basic amenity.All hotels should realize that punters know how much WiFi costs & how much of a rip off is having all guests pay for something so cheap. There is a 30% tax on restaurant food\drinks ! ! That is gouging not mere profiting. Thirty per cent! The hotel personnel are very professional. Sameer the maître d' in the Pandmini restaurant & his sidekick Bankag are especially good at making guests comfortable. It is a welcoming hotel from photogenic doorman to front desk to sari clad hostesses. Sunset over the lake & mountains is beautiful & the pipe band from 5:00 to 6:00 each evening is classic. 2for1 drinks under a canopy 6:00 till 8:00. A great place to stay!... More

    CLEAN would be an understatement. Spacious rooms, courteous staff, extremely nice management. Supremely nice place to stay. Located a bit far from main attractions.     initially on reaching the hotel for the first time i had a sinking feeling that i had made the wrong choice...however the super deluxe room(if u can call it that) was spacious, clean and had basic amenities..the bathroom was clean and well maintained with instant hot water...the breakfast is very limited- bread toast , poha or maggi....this is basically a bungalow converted to a bed and breakfast with very basic amenities..to be preferred only if u have no other option available like me......     My husband and I stayed in this hostel because we couldn't find a room in the hotel we did like most. The Manager/owner of this place is at first sight a nice and easy going guy. The same day we checked in at night, he really tried to intimidate me and I felt he was harrasing me. He didn't care that I was with my husband. He found the moment in which I was alone to do it. Next morning we left very early and Thanks got he couldn't touch me... Women of around the world: do not stay at this place!!! Even if you travel with other people, this guy doesn't care!!! Laxmi Villa is located just a kilometer from the City palace, Gadish mandir and Gangour ghat. Ideally situated it's is set very close to Doodh Talai, Bagore ki Haveli and many more tourist attractions. Laxmi Villa has a total of ten deluxe double rooms spread across 2 floors. The hotel offers free and secure parking area for your vehicles. Other facilities provided by the hotel are airport transportation (surcharge), high speed internet, 24 hours room service and laundry services.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
