    Very nice hotel in a convinent location...Near to everything especially the hotel is very close to the beach which you can walk to only 5 mins...There are lots of food shops between the road to the hotel...comfortable for the tourists to stay on vacation...It was very pleasing stay, friendly staff, nice room, perfect location...Everything was okay for me I liked it and will recommend it to all my friends n family...And especially I would like to thank to Mr. Umang Raval whose the owner of 'Lawande Beach Resort' for being so friendly with everyone 😊 such an amazing person he is ☺ Thank you sir 🙏 ...     Good Stay option on main Cnadolim Road at affordable rate.

    I have stayed here for 3 nights along with my 2 Close friends, we have booked through phone booking, when we reached, we were surprised that, Hotel manager has offered me 2BHK room, which was very big for us 2 Bed rooms, 1 Big Living room, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom and a Balcony also. Hotel Manager Mr. Shankar was very help full and supportive. he has taken care us very well. actually this is a hotel, not a resort, it having small pool also, and having parking area also infront of hotel. we have enjoyed our stay here, Food was good, Breakfast were having limited items. but as per Hotel tariff, The breakfast is sufficient. Ovarall, it is Nice option for Budget stay, if you are not looking for Luxury. this is also good for family.... More

    We stayed here for 4 days, as we were in Goa for new year celebration. Location of this property is very good, which is near to all restaurants and malls. One super shop is just down stairs. Parking is available for 3-4 four wheelers. Staff is very helpful and cooperate for all needs and information. Rooms are specious but they need maintenance, room 205's main door lock is broken, bathroom lock is broken. Room was not clean from under bed. Small swimming pool was clean, good for kids. Property dose not have lift.... More

    Again one of my memorable night stay at Goal. This Hotel is suggested on my friend. Very closer to the Candolim beach-just 10 minutes walk.Hotel is located just on the main road of Candolim. On the entrance of the Hotel have a shopping place, where from we brought lots of gifts with a very nominal price. Clean and well maintained room, pool, restaurant. All the staffs are very polite. Food in the restaurant is delicious and with an affordable price- value for money. Definitely will come back again.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
